This place is awesome and I get great customer service every time I go no matter what day of the week or time of day. Today I was looking for tack cloths and a female staff person asked if I needed help. I said yes, told her what I was looking for and she said she didn’t know what it was and starting looking it up on her phone. Then she asked another associate and he said he thought it was in tools and he started heading over there with us. The associate in tools looked it up and found it for us. I have told others about my positive experiences and they have checked it and the same results. A much better experience than the times I went to Home Depot. This is my first choice for household items!

So I was in your store today, I am on crutches, I waved at the two girls at the return desk. One girl asked the other to help me. This staff member was unable to say hi or really acknowledge me as she pulled out the cart for me. As this was my first time using the cart, I was happy to find it pretty easy to drive as she gave no instructions on how to use it. This store was not really big on taking to customers. We walked by about 10 staff members we only had one say hi and asked if there was anything he could do for us. The funny thing was he was driving the forklift. I am only giving the two stars because of him. When we got back to the door area, as we are need four sliding back doors. We were told we would be charged to have someone come out to give a quote. We will be going with another company. Thank you.

Had the worst experience at this location with a supervisor named Alex or Alek. Rude person without friendly bone in his body. Even when I questioned his attitude he continued with his demeanor. Iforgot your job sucks that bad, find another one where you don’t work directly with customers. I’ve never been that rude to customers when I worked in customer service regardless of how I was talked to.

Absolute worst! If you need to scatter your employees lunch breaks you should do that! If everyone is at lunch then you need to adjust so you can help your paying customers. We waited forever in plumbing for one associate. Went to customer service and still no help. This is a joke.

Every time I visit this Lowe’s I am disappointed. You can NEVER find someone to help you, staff(once you can find someone) are usually not helpful, and are so unfriendly it’s sad. Every time I need the paint counter, I have to go find someone else to call someone over there, they don’t help you when you have questions(what do you recommend for paint finish? –well, it’s really up to you… then not follow up questions help me decide). No smiles, no «I will be right with you», just bad customer service all around. Long Beach Towne Center Lowe’s is way better.

Customer service is horrible every time I go in here. Hadn’t been in for a couple years and was nearby last night so stopped in to replace my microwave. Again, the person I asked for help was rude and condescending. I left and when to Home Depot where the people are nice.

So I go to the isle number 7 to make a 24 item purchase approximately $ 2500.00, I needed specific advice from a department specialist. No one was in the Department, I ask for assistance from 4 different individuals, I wait 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes for help. I asked for Manager Jeromy Moore, no help from him.. The problem is I have 3 workers waiting for me to bring the supplies, they are standing around at the job site, costing me money while I am trying to save money by shopping a Lowes. I had to leave and go to a competitor. Very disappointed, I am sad. I have a new commercial account with Perry, and his staff, the rest of the store is letting him down. I am not happy to see the service level at Lowes reduced to the point where it cost me 5 manhours at $$$.

I have been a Lowe’s customer for many many years, and this is the first time that I have been very upset with the quality of there service and also there customer service. Within the last couple of years I have spent money on projects that cost a lot of money. On April 7th after very much research we decided to order carpet for our den. It was a special order carpet that would take two weeks. Well to our surprise it came in three days later. The installer’s came and laid the carpet out and my husband mention to me that in the middle part it looked faded. So we asked them to take it back and they called there office. We were told that they could not leave us with just the padding so they installed it. I was told by a young man name George that carpet would be ordered. It would take two weeks and they would call us. Then some woman called named Martha and said oh yes we order it and when it comes in we will call you. This is my problem when you tell someone that you will replace something and then you call and find out there was never an order placed that is sooooo, un-professional! I called yesterday 5÷03÷2016 and a nice young man said he would look into the order he took my number. This morning he called and said that the notes that he was reading said that the roll of carpet was damaged and that after several vacuums that it would be OK! Why was I told that the carpet was re-order when they had no intentions of replacing It??? Well I am going on Facebook and Instgram and voice my opinion to all my friend and family. I never have been so upset. I guess they feeling lying to a customer is not a problem!

This Lowes is a good one, it’s huge and has a lot of selection and inventory, with plenty of parking. You can order online and come here to pick up your purchase too, it’s easy.

My buddy and I were in need of quite a few things in the garden section and had a million and one questions. Emery to the rescue! Not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful, but he was very kind and made the experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back. Never ever use this store. This place has the WORST delivery system I have ever worked with. I was lied to today not once— not twice— but three times. I understand that you had a broken truck but instead of telling me what was going on you keep feeding me lies. I had to rearrange a whole day for today. Now it’s not coming. I understand you are contracted with a third party delivery system but that is your contract. Maybe you need to handle your contract better. Maybe get another service. You contracted with them that makes it YOURPROBLEM to fix. This broken truck I am sure is NOT the first. You mean to tell me you have no other back up of plan for this when happens. The only person there who was at al helpful was Pepe. He is telling me that I will get this tomorrow AM. I will wait and update this after I see it. If you have problems with customer service ask for Pepe. He is the person that can get shit done. He is very good. Finally delivered tonight. Just don’t lie to people. Be upfront.

Christmas tree picking is over for 2015! Thanks Lowe’s. They definitely have a better selection compared to Home Depot. We ended up getting ours here. It’s greener and fuller, and less crowded. Frank helped us out and was kind enough to markdown our tree 25%off! Sweet. The line for netting and trimming is shorter and they’re more helpful. We’ll definitely be back here next year.

Hubby and I have purchased various items here, including shelving for our garage, plants, and even our washing machine and dryer(which was a recent purchase). All of the associates have been fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our recent washing machine and dryer purchase included free delivery and installation. Although our delivery came a few minutes later than the original 2-hour window given, the installation only took about 15 — 20 minutes tops. We were very satisfied! I had also called into the store to speak with the Deliveries department to ask some questions, and they were helpful each time. Don’t tell my dad(who works at Home Depot), but I’m pretty happy with Lowe’s and this location in particular.

I have to shop here and home Depot because I’m a contractor, but these stores have to seriously have to staff each department so we don’t have to wait an hour just to receive a special order. If I was this Un organized I would be out of business. What would be nice is like they do at McDonald’s, where they have a clock to see how long a person had to wait. Updating my review. I was here earlier today, I went back to the receiving department the first time I waited. The kicker is they couldn’t find it(cabinets) but the called again later in day to have me pick up, that is what I don’t understand, getting very frustrated

A few years back I was in the market for a new grill for our Backyard BBQs as we were heading into July 4th holiday… I was happy at the selection I found here at this Lowes location. Great price for a quality grill. Been a few years and never had any problems with it.
