My husband came to the center for his colonoscopy which was about 12 years late due to his fear of the procedure. He was concerned and anxious just due to the nature of the whole colonoscopy process. From the very first person we met at check in, to the last person who wheeled him out to the car, EVERYONE we met was professional, kind, and caring. The anesthesiologist joked with him, the tech told him «I”m here for you» and the physician is the best there is. The nursing staff all seemed to love their jobs and their efficiency and knowledge made him feel secure. This surgery center is top notch and I would recommend it to everyone. On the ride home my husband said «I don’t know why I waited so long, that was not bad at all». Five stars, and thank you to everyone involved.

Very quick, thorough, professional and respectful. My fiancé was able to get an appointment within a week and we had an answers and a referral within 30 minutes. I wish every doctor appt. could be so easy.

Bottom line up front, I felt very safe and well taken care of. 100% Professional, this team is owning it! From check in to check out, their processes ran very efficiently. Everyone introduced themselves, asked if I had questions and provided answers. They are confident (and i felt great relief) because they work as a genuine team with utmost knowledge (dr, nurses, techs, anesthesiologist), lots of overlap on processes, warm hand-​off from Nurse to Nurse and clear clear clear communication.
