Kabob House

Very, very good. I once had neighbors from Iran who would invite us over for dinner, well really a feast with the best Saffron rice and wonderful dishes. This place reminds of that, wonderful flavors and great service!

Located on a side street in Long Beach WA is this gem of a restaurant. We stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday and we were not disappointed. I ordered the chicken kabob plate which includes saffron rice and thin slices of tomato, cucumber, onions and cabbage. If you like, you can get half rice and half salad with the lunch. Also with this you get a small side of Tzatziki sauce. First, I have to say everything is made from scratch. The marinaded chicken was outstanding. The rice was prepared perfectly and the Tzatziki sauce was the best I’ve had in a long long time. I can’t wait to return and try the other dishes. This is a brand new business and has approximately four tables inside. The restaurant is spotless and had fresh flowers on the tables. The owner is welcoming and checked on us while we ate lunch. She also does take-​out, as well as, dine-​in.
