Just A Buck

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I’m an esthetician/​makeup artist they carry so many necessities like false lashes LOTS of disposable’s (sponges cotton etc.) essential in my industry for Just-​A-​BUCK!
This place is super organized/​clean and they get cool new stuff all the time! It’s defiantly your go to place for seasonal stuff!
The icing on the cake would be that this company employees people with disabilities! How awesome is that?! I wish there were more businesses out there that did that!
Visit this place if you have a chance and support a business that has a heart!

Just a Buck is a step around Dollar Tree type of place, I found the items here to be okay, and for just a buck, Just A Buck good too.
I’m a fan, but only a 3 Star fan because they have had some items that 99 Cents Only stores didn’t carry yet i had to go on a scavenger hunt again to find them, for example, containers for your stick butter for one and, they are glass too!
So I’m a 3 Star fan, the staff are cordial and smile, and it’s my stop in place in the event of «Geez, I’m not sure what to get someone for a White Elephant gift party, save some $$$ kinda place.»
I did notice as Michelle S did, that many items have no prices listed either on them or, underneath the items so I just ask the many employees on the floor.
I’m not one for having to ask, as it gripes me that I see this at a lot at these types of stores.
Hey, for [ Just A Buck] what did I expect, this place is constantly stocking new items or moving aisles around; don’t fall for that trick anymore, which is to keep you in the store longer and maybe you will spend more than Just A Buck searching for items.
Hence, the 3 Star fan-​hey, 3 Star fan is A-​Okay in a good way!
Not a huge place, smaller than Dollar Tree stores, but my quest is to save money for little items that I use quite often
Plenty of solar lights to add to my Earthquake & Zombie Apocalypse supplies too.
Better than 10 cents a dance, just a buck, which goes a long way here minus a penny for your thoughts, and definitely better than a dance from this poor thing:

Great selection of party supplies. But also good place for household and gardening tools. They don’t have a large food selection but that makes it easier to get directly to the type of items I pick up at dollar stores. This branch supports the incredible work of The Arc of Los Angeles and Orange Counties so you can feel good about where your money is going.

I’ve been to this store countless times and they have wonderful service. The people that work there have some disabilities.
Everything really is Just-​A-​Buck. Doesn’t get any better than that. Very clean and nice friendly workers. They are always updating their stock so it’s always nice to check them out and see what they have in stock.

I have never been at a business that does not honor pre paid commitments and has completely inappropriate and disrespectful employees. I went in on a Friday to pre-​pay for balloons for my son’s birthday party on a Saturday. I stated I would like to pick up the balloons at 2:30. I was told they would be available. When I arrived at 3:30 the balloons were not available and they were blowing up an order that was just placed. When I asked about my balloons, I was told, «I’ve been busy, I got here at 1:00, I forgot about your balloons and what do you want me to do about it?» The young woman whose balloons were being blown up asked her to stop and please help me, the store clerk said «no.» When I asked how long or could I have a refund? I was told, «When I’m done» and «no.» As I waited a different employee, started talking to another employee. I was called stupid, ignorant and dumb. I left a message with management, no response.

I wandered into the relatively newly opened Just A Buck store after I returned a movie to the redbox located in the Albertsons a few doors down.
I have to admit I was a little suspect at first, the store was to new looking for everything to be .99 cents. I have been to many «dollar» stores and have found many things that sell for 2 or 3 dollars.
I grabbed something that looked kind of expensive and found out that it was .99 cents. I was pretty happy about this and continued to wander through the aisle.
This store is not huge but it has a pretty good assortment of stuff on sale. There were two people working the store and both of them were friendly and helpful. I actually showed up about 10 minutes before closing so I didn’t get a chance to scope the whole place out but I will be back for sure!

The name of this store is called «Just A Buck» SO every item is, wait for it… JUST A BUCK! Duhhh you don’t need to ask.
I loved this place. Found all the items I needed for a mummy project for my little brother (barbie, masking tape, beads, and other colorful jewelry for the sarcophagus). Some of the people that work here have minor disabilities, so BE NICE! At least they have a job, are trying to LIVE, and I found them to be SUPER nice to me and my siblings. I definitely recommend this place. It is small but everything is in order, not like some 99 cents store or Dollar Tree.

I happened by and popped in. Never noticed this store before. They do have neat and tidy down, I’ll give them that. It’s so clean that it looks like you can eat off the floors. But the merchandise is all off-​brand stuff that looks cheap. At least at 99 Cents Only they carry brand names sometimes. There were only two customers there, including me, and the clerks completely ignored us.
