I know in long beach there are plenty of Macarons to choose from and honestly I almost didn’t want to write this review because Amanda’s macaron magic is the best kept secret in long beach that I didn’t want to share but these things are AMAZING!!! I mean I am addicted to them, mind you I placed a large order last month for my daughters party and now I find my self ordering 3 dozen for me and my boyfriend. I think I found my new delicious addiction. She’s no longer at the farmers market but if you give her a call or email her (info on her site) she will call you right back and trust me when I say she is just as amazing as her macaron magic making skills.

I picked up a small package today at the Farmer’s Market in Long Beach, and I’m sad that I didn’t pick up more!
They truly are orgasmic.

A taste experience like no other. These hand made treasures are so delicate in appearance, yet are such a powerful taste experience it is no wonder that I would travel over 3000 miles to acquire them like an ancient elixir with promises of eternal youth and happiness.
I introduced my younger and less traveled sister to these little gems last week, and now she begs for the weekend to come again to taste at this treasure trove of lightly balanced flavors, rich intensity of the finest quality ingredients.
For those unfamiliar with Joie et Macarons, please leave your misconception of overly sweetened coconut candy pile at the shopping mall candy factory. The true French style macaron is a delicate little cookie, made with almond flour and magic. The is no other pastry in the world that dares compare to it.

Found Joie et Macaron at the Brentwood Farmer’s Market.
Tried the pistachio, raspberry white chocolate, and sea salt caramel.
I used to not like macarons, but high quality macarons like these are truly delicious. Each macaron is sheer perfection in texture, shape, and taste. The white chocolate-​based fillings of these macarons are really good! Raspberry white chocolate is my favorite thus far.
These are some of the best macarons I’ve never tasted.

Joie et Macarons are delicious authentic French Macarons. You can purchase them in packages of one flavor or a variety pack of 5. Beware, they are so addictive you might eat the entire pack at once.
