I come to this place often only because the man does good pedicure other then that this place sucks there rude and take for ever to get started on you when your the first one at there shop when they open.

I’ve given this nail salon way too many chances! Being that it is in my area I wanted to make it work due to convenience, but the last time was the last! Rude, unprofessional, and often find other people in this salon unhappy as well. I’ve either either seen cops being called or verbal arguments over bad nail jobs.
Find a new location where your business is appreciated! This spot needs some serious employee replacements!

I walked in with my husband this past Wednesday night and was expecting good customer service after reading the Unilocal reviews… BUT the exact opposite happened! I walked in and the lady didn’t even greet me. She just said «What you want?» And I politely told her I wanted Gel Nails Manicure. She told me that wait would be 40 MINUTES!!!
Are you kidding me lady? It wasn’t in a nice friendly way either. She said it as if she was expecting me to walk out the door after saying «40 minutes» so rudely. I told her that I will wait, but instead I was searching on Unilocal for other nail salons and kept calling around to see if there was no wait. I finally found one and left this nasty Jackie Nail Salon.
Trust me on this one, MAKE A U-​TURN and get outta here! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SALON IS SO DIRTY AS WELL! YUCK!

Very unprofessional, rush job on feet and hands when customers began waking in. Verbally aggressive using foul language when speaking in their language. They are for profit not to satisfy customer. #disappointed

Apparently I got my nails done here not once, but twice on November 12, 2014. Well I don’t remember ever stepping foot in this establishment because my credit card/​bank card information was fraudulently stolen!!! Thanks for checking IDs at the time the card was swiped. I have contacted my bank and your establishment will not receive the total of $ 54.00 pending change that is set to hit my account tomorrow. Next time check ID! I have also contacted California State Board to alert them that you have not been following federal and state regulations for processing credit card information. Thank you for giving me a reason to never step foot in your establishment and remember to always check ID.

I was driving around searching for a place to get a manicure when I ran into Jackie Nails & Spa. I was greeted as soon as I stepped through the door. The service was incredible and my manicure looked amazing. I didn’t have to wait, I was seated right away.
I saw another review mentioned they spoke «rusty» English, well they may have an accent but nothing to where you can’t understand. I carried a full conversation with the lady and understood every bit of it.
Also, reviewers said this place is in the «hood», well these people clearly have never been to the «hood». Try north LB, then you’ll be in the hood. The area is not hood and there is no worries about your vehicle as it is under surveillance and the parking lot is in front where you can see it!
I definitely recommend this place. It’s a clean and sanitary environment, and they do a wonderful job at great pricing!

Called when I was a few Minutes away a little after 11 on a Sunday. She told me to come now before the appts came. When I got there they took me right Away for my fill. They listened to what I wanted and I was satisfied when I left. Which rarely ever happens! I def will be coming here again! The shop isn’t much to look on the inside but the people are nice, prices are reasonable, And they do what they’re there to do.

Was there today for the first time. Friendly people. Gave me exactly what I asked for. Awesome results.

LONG wait! They weren’t even busy, but somehow she kept pushing my back!!! It was getting pretty annoying. Omg ghetto place, I asked for a gel set and it’s literally been less than 24 hours and its already smeared etc. not chipped. Seems like she wasnt taking her time at all so that I could be satisfied in the end so yeah not coming back unless its for eyebrows, I have to admit they’re pretty good, just need to let them know to so extra cleanup

The two ladies that work there look like twin sisters! They switch off doing waxing, extensions, and nails. Their english is rusty, but they are so cute and very nice! I walked in and saw like 20 mannequin nails with so many different styles. The prices are very affordable. I went in and was greeted immediately. I chose to go with a basic french tip pedicure out of a plastic foot tub for $ 13 rather than pay an extra $ 5 for the big spa chair since I was in a rush and not really a big fan of the massages anyways. The lady took her time to fix my terrible toes and didn’t even say a word about how terribly short or ripped they were. She didn’t speak in Vietnamese at all unless she was answering her sister, and she didn’t try to get personal with me. She was focused but was quick.
I watched the other sister do eyebrow extensions for a lady for $ 15 which looked really good.
The location is in the «hood» but the prices and quality work is worth it.

I was recommended to come here by one of my classmates who had cute nails all the time! This place is just your average nail salon so I wasn’t too impressed. The staff is very friendly and nice. This place does a decent job and prices are very reasonable. However there are too many annoying little kids running around in here, causing trouble. Toddlers and nail salons are not a good mix! Lastly, since I was in the HOOD, I felt a bit paranoid that my car would get broken into while I was here considering I had to park nearly a block away…

Went in for a fill and eyebrows. Tiffany did a great job on my fill. She cleaned them just like I wanted! Especially sinceI was not happy with the full set that I got done at another shop. Eyebrows were decent. Had to ask the lady to clean them up a little more. They’re not pushy when it comes to other services. They suggest once and that’s it. Which is nice! There were 2 ladies that were getting lashes done. They looked really good! Might have to check that out when I have somewhere to go. I’ll definitely be back to have Tiffany do my fills.
