The crew at are really patient and fun. They take the fear out of flying and make it such an enjoyable time. It was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing but by my second try the fear was gone and I was flying. Thanks for the first of many experiences!

This is an amazing place. Staff are professional and courteous, patient and fun. My family(ages 2 – 53) wanted to experience trapezing. We lucked up and got a private lesson. They’re amazing. Somehow they were able to convince my mom(who’s scared of everything) to give it a shot. She climbed and swung twice. I was shocked! My little nephew was offered the opportunity to swing. The staff took him up and carefully assisted him throughout the process. This is quite an experience and a fun workout. Can’t wait to go back. Forget fear… before you’re done you’ll be addicted.

Just have to second the positive reviews on the East Meadow entry for I. Fly Trapeze. We visited this past weekend from California. We attended an event at the Allegria Hotel. When I saw how close IFly was to the hotel, and showed the videos to my athletic 13 year old son, he was eager to try it. It turned out to exceed our highest expectations. The instructors were so positive, encouraging, laid back, and safety conscious, all a the same time. My son said he felt totally safe because in addition to the net, he was attached to a harness and an instructor could, at any time, suspend him in mid-air and lower him safely to the net. They quickly had him doing amazing stunts on the trapeze! There was a 6 year old boy in the class, and they were totally supportive of him conquering his fears and patient with his intermittent following of instructions! There was a gymnast trying it for the first time, along with students who seem to be working on their skills on an ongoing basis. Even a mom got on at one point to give it a try! The instruction is totally customized for each participant. These instructors know how to teach and communicate. It was a beautiful thing to see. They clearly have lots of experience, know how to encourage while giving tips for constantly improving technique, and know how to cue the participant in as few words as possible, so they quickly understand what they need to do. My son went back for a second day and learned another trick — even releasing and being caught by one of the instructors up there on the trapeze. Amazing! On the third day he woke up asking if he could go back. Only wish we had the time! We will see if we can find him a similar arrangement closer to home. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to give it a try!
