Not good. Orange chicken barely had any chicken. Just breading. Everything pretty much was disgusting. Place empty. Must be a sign that the food isn’t any good. Oh and one more thing, NOSAMPLES. IF you want good Chinese food go to Hoho China their food is good, owners are friendly and they let you sample their food. I am never coming to this location again!

This place is delicious and affordable Chinese food. They always serve plenty of food. Must try their bbq pork and spicy boneless chicken! Staff is friendly and helpful even if there is a language barrier.

Do not eat here. This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten in my life. I even said that the orange chicken looked over cooked and I was told by the employees that it was cooked fine and tasted good so I bought it and then took three bites and called them and told them I was returning it. When I got there they wanted to argue with me and tell me that this is the way they always fix it. I said well it needs to have chicken in it and I couldn’t find any and I wanted my money back. Then they proceeded to tell me that they can’t back up their food because all sales are final here so I demanded a replacement of another dish for my main entrée which they were hesitant of doing but did. I did not notice that there were notices throughout the place that said all sales final and I see why. Because if not then there would be a line out the door of everybody returning their food. Dont go to a business that wont backup their products. Just don’t eat here is all I can say. If I could give this –stars or negative stars I definitely would. This place is a pit hole and even the fried rice is bad. It’s dry and chewy. Awful awful awful!

This place is typical of the cheap, trashy kind of Americanized Chinese that barely qualifies as food. It doesn’t even deserve a point-by-point condemnation. It makes Panda Express and Pei Wei look like Michelin standouts. I feel disgusted with myself for setting foot in this place and ordering anything. I even ate half the food because I abhor waste but needed to throw the rest away. There is an L&L next door. Go there and avoid this trash heap.

This place is under new management/ownership, and since that time, the food has definitely improved. It’s not gourmet by any means… c’mon now, it’s Chinese fast food! The food is pretty decent though. I always get the spicy chicken, it’s breaded and I think there is chicken in there, but mostly breading, and it’s super crunchy. Although it’s a big hunk of breading with chicken in there somewhere, it’s so darn good, I don’t know what they put in it… maybe a little Jedi mind trick sauce or something, but I cannot stay away! Every time I go, it’s a must… it’s just simply crunchy goodness! So, if you’re in a hurry and wanting way too much food for what’s really good for you,(they give you a ton) and don’t have a lot of time or money, cruise on in, they are super friendly and have some pretty decent food. Oh and they don’t take credit cards, but they DO take ATM for a small fee!

Ordered kung pao shrimp. Got to work to eat before my shift, it was not kung pao shrimp. No onion, no green peppers, no peanuts. It was a few shrimp, lots of celery and chunked water chestnut, a total of 4 chili peppers(which is about average) and lots of jalapenos! Last I checked jalapenos where not part of this dish or any Chinese food at all ! Avoid here at all costs! **edit, Oh I did forget to mention, I’m allergic to jalapenos… So had to give my meal away to co worker.

Trying to find a good local spot for quick Chinese food and so happy I found this place! The bbq pork is so awesome here! I had a 2 item with the bbq and spicy chicken and I’m definitely coming back. Easy and delicious Chinese food right down the street from my job. Good prices too!

Wow this place is great now!!! They have a lot of new people. The new girl behind the counter was very nice and polite. She put A LOT of food on my plate. I ate at the restaurant. It was clean and comfortable. She check on me to ask if I needed anything else. She is pretty also. The cooks are different than last time. I think it might be different owners or managers. Anyway, I used to come here and the food was so so. Now it tastes fresh, clean and flavorful. It is the freshest tasting Chinese food in the area. My favorites are the beef and broccoli, and the chicken wings. Now I will come here more often!!!

The boneless spicy chicken is like CRACK! It’s so damn addicting and good. I always take a detour to come here and eat their spicy chicken. This is the only location that has this dish! The teriyaki chicken is really good too! It’s sliced in front of you so it keeps the chicken moist unlike other places where the sliced chicken dries out. The prices are very reasonable and the portion is definitely more than enough for 1 serving. The service is always fast which is a plus. The tables and seating area is well kept and are always clean. The owners of the place are really sweet and I love supporting mom and pop stores. They’re such a rarity now a days.

One of the worse food I ever had. the spicy chicken was old and had only covered with a discussing and chewy crust. Never again. I should have gone cross street.

If I could give a negative star I would this place is shitty!!! I ordered something and she plated it wrong, then put the food from my plate back south the rest of the food. Can we say nasty! Barf! and the old lady owner is a tight wad! She wouldn’t even spare a extra paper plate. Never going back again. Save your self time and go somewhere else.

This Hongkong Express in Willow is TERRIBLE… we just asked for a plate but the chinese old lady is so rude wont give us us a plate where in the plates rthat they’re using is the cheapest plate. OMG1 plate is a big deal for her, we bought 3 expensive combos she said its special order but it doesnt look like specail … food was expensive, its better to eat at L & L Hawaian BBQ place, I will never come back to thsi place anymore, The chinese lady should be learn first how to deal with customer.

The owners are very sweet, and fast ! The food was great, I ordered the honey chicken, chow mien and stir fri veggies. Prices are reasonable 6.75 for a 2 item combo, with egg roll included .The only down side is they charge $ 1 for debit/credit;so I advise bringing cash. Looking forward to going back.

The food at this place is worth three stars. As far as I’m concerned, it’s the ubiquitous Americanized-Chinese take-out that I love, especially the chow mein. HOWEVER, the owners of this place are complete prudes that don’t deserve any of my future business. As a paying customer, I really don’t expect much, especially of a Chinese take-out restaurant. I just want my food, to pay my dues, and to be respected as we get through our transaction. I generally come in to get food for my family of six on lazy or rushed nights. With every combo I order, the more annoyed the owners seem to be with my business. By the 5th combo, they’re shooting me glares and hitting me with sighs of obvious irritation in attempt to push me along. Seriously, if they don’t want my money for providing me with food, they’re in the wrong business. If I can take anything from the way they act, it’s that they have no sense of customer service, let alone any inkling of respect. If you want Chinese takeout without any potential for drama, go for Rose Donuts right around the corner at the intersection of Pacific and Willow in the 7Eleven center. The food is much the same and the owners are much more polite. It’s a shame too, I give this place a nod to their chow mein.
