I have been going to Hirsch for years and found their sales people have the most knowledge in the business. If you have a problem, they will show you the best way to solve it. I have gone to other companies in the area and was told wrong information or turned away because they did not have all the parts. With Hirsch, that never happens. They could sell anyone’s inventory. They know what they need to stock and have the quality behind their product.

Nothing much good to say about these guys. I’ll give them a couple stars for decent prices. However, their customer service is pretty pathetic. I ordered a sink last Friday and was told it would arrive the following Friday. Nope. I had to call them to find out it was delayed. So meanwhile, my contractor is waiting for a sink and I could have gone elsewhere to save time.
I started this review a while back and don’t recall all of the details of the fiasco, but I was not happy. Here’s the bottom line based on my experience: if you want decent prices and aren’t in a rush for the product, give them a try. But if you need the item soon and they don’t have it in stock, you may want to go elsewhere and pay a bit more.
