Hair it is has been in the community for a lot of years. I have been a patron for at least 15 years. The stylist are very professional and will consult with you about your hair before they do anything to it. The shop is large and clean. It is also accessible from the local freeways. I would recommend this shop to anyone. It’s not just for African Americans. I’ve seen many nationalities come in for service and return time and time again. For all your hair services hair it is! Is the place!

I’ve been coming to this hair stylist for about ten years and she has never disappointed me. She is talented at what she does no matter the style, color, length. I’ve been coming to this shop for about 2 years now, and I love it. The owner and head stylist Shon is wonderful. Every time I get my hair done I get a ton of compliments. Shon really knows what she’s doing. My hair has grown significantly since I first started coming to her shop.

Shon has been doing my hair since I could remember and I have had nothing but greatness. She is a perfectionist and won’t leave you out here looking stupid. You can show her a picture of what you want and she will do it for you. And she is all about healthy hair so if you need your hair to grow call her!!!

I used to go to this salon a year ago. I’m back in the area and reached out to Shon about doing my hair before an important meeting today. She said she could, confirmed the appointment for 8 am today and even asked me to come in earlier to ensure I make my business meeting on time. I showed up at 7:50…text her that I was there, no response. Waited, 8:03, well maybe she hit traffic. Waited 8:10, boy I hope she’s ok. I emailed her, no response. 8:23…waiting, I’m thinking you know what Shon knows I have a meeting I’m sure she’ll still get it done. (Most of you would have left)
Finally she emails me…@ 8:30 to tell me she cancelled last night and was unsure of what to do because she sent me a text/​email but there was no response. Let’s say she did and the messages never came through… I guess calling me want an option. I run a successful, multimillion dollar business for a high end luxury retailer and I really don’t expect that type of service but the lack of respect for my time is one thing I won’t tolerate. Now I’m on my way to my meeting looking like a hot mess and Shon didn’t even give me the option to find another salon in the area.
This is a salon you go to if you could care less about respect, professionalism, and customer service.
