I would give it ZERO!!! I came in to get a mani and pedi with gel on my mani. My nails came out okay, not the worst but not the best. Their customer service is awful, ignored me and yapping away in Vietnamese… No lotion applied to my hands or feet, just oil and then wiped off. I love getting mani and pedi to relax, but this just felt rushed and they had like ten other chairs available. Then I paid with my credit card, I ask that I wanted to add my tip, lady gets upset and say she needs to cancel and re swipe. Another customer was waiting to pay and lady that was helping me tells her all rude because of me, she can’t swipe! Uhm… If you like I won’t leave a damn tip!!! Anywho, just wasn’t worth my money! My toes and fingernails don’t want to come back!

Love this place it’s so clean and everyone is so sweet! Ask for Tammy she’ll give you what you ask for!

Just went here to get one nail fixed, totally trusting this salon even tho I had never been there as my best friend goes all the time. Granted my nails had been done at a different salon so I understand each salon doesn’t have the same color but the least they could have done was guven me ONE minute to TRY and find the closest match. They werent busy AT ALL & the girl kept rushing me saying they dont have that color and insisting I just use a random color and dip it in glitter. I was hesitant knowing it wouldnt be the same and I kept asking for the wheel of color where she barks at me and slams down only two wheels w colors i cannot use. All i wanted to do was see the color wheels to match. Then they wouldnt let me use my cc which again is understandable, but when Icame back with the cash the girl meets me the door yelling «see you want this color this not same color» and was being a total bitch the whole time. Seriously worst experience ever and if they cant even fix a nail right i wouldnt trust them with all 20 of my fingers and toes.

Ask for jasmine she always does an amazing job! Call ahead to book an appointment she fills up fast!

I love this nail salon especially because of my nail technician Tammy. I come in and tell her the color I want and tell her to do anything for a design and she comes up with beautiful and unique art. My nails are always the bomb! I recommend Future Nails & Spa to everyone and if you really want your nails to pop, please ask for Tammy!

Today was my first time coming to this nail salon. I got a pedicure and a fill.
Tammy and Mindy both did an amazing job on my nails! I went in a little unsure of what I wanted exactly but Tammy helped me figure out something super cute for winter!
I couldn’t be more happy with how my nails came out! I definitely will be returning and recommending this place to my friends!

Worst salon ever! They made me wait 45 minutes and had my feet prune before they even acknowledged me.
Had my sister who got there at the same time done before I even got attended.
The owner was rude, she wouldn’t let me make an appointment for my mother with the technician.
Never going back

First time coming here after I heard great raves about Tammy and I am more than pleased with her work. Best gel French tip I’ve ever received. Definitely found my new place to go. The place seems very well kept and everyone is very attention to detail.

I absolutely loved my first experience here! I got a manicure and a pedicure and I thought it was pretty cool that they had matched the gel nail colors to the regular colors so you could match fairly easily.
I had a knee injury and they were very conscious of it, continuously making sure that I was comfortable throughout my service.
And oooh my gosh… the hot stone massage for the legs and arms was so relaxing!
I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back!

I have been coming here for almost a year now, and no other salon comes close. The staff here is super friendly, and are always making sure you are seated right away and are comfortable.
I usually go to Mindy, and she just gets me considering how picky I am. No matter the picture of design and tweaks I give to her, she nails it all the time… pun intended ;] Mindy is seriously super caring, and always asks to see if I am comfortable enough. LOVE HER!
