Went to this location yesterday, 6-​23-​2016, I must say they are fantastic and awesome. Customer service was amazing. The owner, Michael, is such a great worker and my nail lady was awesome! I will be coming back when i need anything done from now on.

I didn’t like my eye brows. It’s like she didn’t know what she was doing. I had to ask her to clean them up more when she showed them to me. When I got in the car I saw they needed more work. They had no shape either. I can’t tell if she was lazy or just didn’t know what the f she was doing. Won’t be coming back.

I ran in here today with only about 35 minutes, and they took me right away for a desperately needed pedicure. The woman who did my nails was speedy, thorough, and very nice. So was the guy at the front. So many times places will say they will be quick, and they aren’t, but the timing and the service was absolutely right.

Great service, my nails comes out perfect every time. Definitely a place to check out.

I always come here and they are really nice I liked their work and their prices. Normally they do a good job but it’s been twice now that I’ve gotten helped by a lady with short hair, wears glasses when she’s working and has a beauty mark on her left cheek bone. First time she did my nails and she did a horrible job, she didn’t straighten my nails all equally, you could tell. Then she couldn’t even put on nail polish right she would miss spots. Now I gave her a second chance with differently shaped nails plus it was just a fill and she couldn’t even get that right. I had to make her remove the nail polish and do it over and it still didn’t look right. They don’t even look like I got my nails done they look like they would after a week already. I gave up and just let it go then I needed an eyebrow wax and she was the only one. I figured maybe that’s what she’s better at well I was wrong! She only had to clean up my eyebrows and I still have hair where I shouldn’t and she over plucked and now my eye brows have gaps! AAAAAHHHHHH IM SO UPSET!!! I wanted to go off on her and tell the lady collecting money to get her out of there but I didn’t want to be an asshole and embarrass her in front of so many people. She should not be working there at all!

Here is the scenario:
I got off work at 5 pm on a Sunday and I was in desperate need of a mani, pedi and eyebrow fix.
My regular spot is always closed on Sundays and
I didn’t even bother driving to the nails salons at the mall because they always close early on Sundays. I always pass by this nail salon on my way to work so I rushed my butt to this location as soon as I got off, hoping that they would squeeze me in. It was 5:30 pm and the doors were still opened. «Please tell me you are still opened» was the first thing I blurted. The sweet receptionist said yes and that they take anyone who comes in before 6 pm. I was thrilled. The best part was that I didn’t have to wait. The prices are ok, a bit more than my usual spot. However, their customer service makes up for it. These ladies are detail oriented and they actually take the the time to do your nails nice. Van did mine and she did an amazing job. She is very talented. I got a French manicure for $ 25 but it looks really pretty. $ 8 for eyebrows and $ 15 for pedicure. I am a happy customer and I will definitely come back here again.

I take my girlfriend here to get her full set with the gel. She loves it. It was done by Anna and they sell gift certificates!

I’ve been here about 5 times and will frequent more often since I now live closer. I’ve never had to wait, maybe good timing on my part. I’ve been happy with the way they trim and finish my nails. Prices are reasonable, $ 15 pedi. Going back today for the mani I didn’t have time for yesterday.

I walked in today. There were three ladies working. I stood there for five minutes without any service. One made eye contact with me and just ignored me. I left and went elsewhere. Horrible customer service. I’ve been here once before and there were two men there who did a great job. Service was great then. Too bad this experience today will keep me from going back.

I came in to have the gel removed and a full set put on. The lady filed my nails down, then went to put a full set over the remaining gel, not cool. Acrylics are already damaging enough. I wanted her to start with clean, fresh nail beds but she kept saying that the gel was off. They need to use proper gel removal to make sure there are no issues with discoloration and peeling, etc

Great nail salon. Cindy is awesome for pedicures. Beautiful job with no pain or nicks like many nail places do.

I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The ladies working here are nice and did a nice job on my nails, did everything just like I wanted!
Only things that kind of annoyed me were the lack of air conditioning (I’m not sure if most salons have this though since I almost never do my nails), although this was only an issue I had when getting my pedicure, also the lady cut my cuticles a bit when working on them. Although they were pretty delicate to begin with so no big deal!

My experience was so-​so. I wanted a really simple design on my ring finger (heart on the corner) and unfortunately they couldn’t draw it by hand. My nails turned out okay. I can’t say it’s my shop of choice but in a pinch, it’ll do.

Get it together ladies. For all you customers that are just walking in w/​o an appointment BEWARE !! ASK HOW LONG IS THE WAIT, they will be quick at telling you to «pick a color» without telling you how long the wait is. I waited an hour and then when she finally sat me she proceeded to clean the pedi/​spa out from another chair and help another Manicurist with a design !! Which I felt was a bit rude after waiting for an hour after she said the wait would be 25 minutes. For all of you making an appointment, (just a heads up) the lady that walked in after me had an appointment and had to wait an hour! It’s definitely a toss up.
Side note. Management wasn’t there on Tuesday. The new owners Father/​Sons
I have been coming here and to the other Epsilon location for quite some years now.
Get it together ladies, unless you just can’t be unsupervised by the Owners/​Management !!!

Great customer service. I came with my 5 year old to get mommy daughter pedis and they were super nice. They offered us water, gave my daughter a pillow so she could lean back & be more comfortable in the spa chair. The spa chairs are new and the massage is a plus. I would recommend!

Awesome. Been coming here now for three months and I refuse to go anywhere else. Karen is the best for full sets and fills. Jenny gives amazing pedicures. The manager is always professional and calm. I so zen out when I walk into this salon. Very clean establishment in a very quiet neighborhood.

Great nail place to get a fill…
I went on a sunday morning a little after 11am, they were busy bit someone was able to ten to my nails.
Tina was great. My nail polish looks clean and the shape was just whatn I wanted.
She also waxes as well! I like that I didnt have to see two people.
I will be seeing her again for a fill. I hope she’s in and available!

This is the spot I usually go to do my nails. It’s really close to my house and the drive takes about five minutes. It’s convenient! I came here about five times now and each time I’ve seen different people there.
The nail salon is located in the plaza with Subway, Flame Broiler, 7 Eleven, etc. the parking kinda sucks because of the tight spaces. I hate parking there when it gets busy! Terrible.
The nail salon is decent. It doesn’t look bad inside. They have about 8 spa chairs. It’s comfortable to sit on. Also, I don’t pick the colors they have because it doesn’t look that great. They need more varieties! But anyways. I just like to get french tip. It took me an hour & a half to get both the french tip pedicure and manicure done. Overall, the service was okay. As long as my nails look pretty, I’m happy.
