The staff is rude. Don’t ever say the word«unfortunately» to a customer. #customerservice101 Also if you are going to say you’re out of one thing and be a bitch about it, make sure the rest of my order is correct. I paid for a chicken avocado burrito and was given a chicken burrito. I love their food but this location SUCKS!!!

Never ever had a bad experience here(knock on wood) the young looking guy at the register is always nice and always makes me feel welcomed. Never skimpy with their food. Fast and tasty and I have utilized both walk up and drive thru. I visit this pollo loco for lunch at least 2 to 4 times a month. Thank you!

This place is decent. Sometimes the ladies and gentlemen who make the food do not pay close attention and will put things in that I don’t order. I truthfully believe that some of their workers on register need to LISTEN. I ALWAYSALWAYSALWAYS order the ultimate double chicken bowl with no Pico and extra sour cream(usually they have substituted in the past graciously which I thank you for) since I tend to stick with what I know and enjoy because it doesn’t make me waste money if I don’t like other things. But I have had an employee ring up the wrong th I ng compeltely. How in the world do you get a chicken double avocado salad from ultimate double chicken bowl??? And my receipt showed no pico… they give me the salad with pico. I say that was NOT what I ordered… the kid who rang me up tells me that’s what I ordered and I never said I wanted a bowl. Even stated this with a bit of an attitude. Bit my tongue as the manager(I believe… black shirt not red) went to get me the bowl I had wanted and ordered originally. Second time around AGAIN I have pico on it… no sour cream. At this point again I say that is wrong, this kid huffs and rolls his eyes and at that point… I did demand my money back and outright in front of the employees and a few others, gave a few choice words to his boss about the kid and his attitude since the person I came in with also heard what I ordered and has no problems telling me if I’m wrong(lol). Needless to say that after all the times that I’ve had mess ups which the mangers Laura and the other one, can’t remember her name… have been SO great on helping me… this time was the last straw. I get the food industry is rough, but to get an attitude from a kid who obviously did not listen when served the wrong food not once, but twice is absolutely stupid and uncalled for. Perhaps I was rude myself, but that is the absolute WORST service I have gotten from any establishment food wise or not and I don’t appreciate it. Respect me, I respect you. I will go to another location, or none at all.

This place is always out of something. The last time I went through the drive thru they were out of Mac n cheese and tortillas. Two times before that they were out of chicken thighs… This is a CHICKEN place. I don’t understand how they could possibly be out of chicken, ever! I wouldn’t recommend this el pollo loco. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Here are the reasons this is the worst El Pollo Loco that has ever existed: 1) First visit, the chicken was dry and uneatable. 2) Second visit, there was no more white meat chicken 20 – 30 min wait. 3) Third visit, ran out of chicken all together.(they needed to turn out pollo lights and just have the ones on the say«el loco») 4) forth visit: No dark meat chicken. 5) Managers and staff are rude and short with customers. 6) Salsa counter always dirty. 7) bathroom is filthy, just like the restaurant itself. 8) no one seems to like their job. 9) The counter that food is put on is always dirty and a mess. 10) Long waits for EVERYTHING! One star too much. This location is here they send all the shitty staff to work. Never ever EVER coming back!

I made the mistake of coming back I get home and my chicken was way overcooked! I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years and within the past 4 to 6 month have had an incredible amount of wrong orders. Call the corporation and ask for the district manager to call me back and he never did has been 3 weeks! Goodbye El Pollo Loco!

5 stars for the service at the front counter. Even with nasty customers barking out custom orders and mad for waiting 20 mins for food, Sam keeps it cool. Even quality checks the food as the staff behind the counter dont know how to push out the orders correctly. 1 star for wait time for food to come up.

Went through the Drive Thru today and they ran out of chicken for some reason. This was at 1pm in the afternoon. Not at night time, but at 1pm in the afternoon. That’s unheard of. I had to ask 2 – 3 times to make sure I was hearing them right. This is not funny at all. But based on the other review for this location, I’m glad they ran out of chicken because I don’t think I would of liked getting sick from eating here. Nuff Said.

Ok, If I could give negative stars this place deserves it! Poor customer service, incomplete orders, unkept food service area and Shift Leaders(Management) whom act like they hate their jobs. I was told that I had to wait 45 minutes for chicken because they forgot that they were running low and ran out. The salsa self serve area was a filthy mess with food and containers everywhere. I asked the Shift Leader for a lid for my soda, she rolled her eyes as if I wasn’t talking to her. I asked the cashier and he claimed that he had no idea what I was talking about. The entire staff needs training in customer service, food preparation and sanitation practices. This isn’t my first visit to this establishment, but it is my last!

I have been too this location many times but kind of stopped for a while due to lack of chicken and lack of customer service ! I would like to comment on the excellent customer service that I received today form a team member by the name of Sam, it was close to closing and he was eager to help the 6 people that came in at close of shift with a smile great body language just a willingness to help. He also followed up with me while i was waiting in the food. This guy is a great example for other team members and should be recognized for his efforts ! Hopefully he will move on to management it is evident that his main goal is making customers happy ! Great Job Sam !! Thank u

This pollo loco is by far the worst pollo loco I have ever been too and I’ve been to many. The wait in the drive thru for 2 churros was over 30mins and when I did get them they were old hard and nasty, not to mention we were the only car in the drive thru we honk the horn for 10mins straight trying to get the cashiers attention and she would look at us and tell the rest of the staff to look back at us, they would all turn and look at us at the same time as we honk without any concern to see what we wanted. When we finally did get those old cold nasty so called churros she stuck her arm out I reached out to get them asking a question as I took possession of them she quickly shut the window and left me talking. I went through the drive though here and it took us 30 minutes to get through. It wasn’t as if there was 10 – 20 cars in front. There was only 2 cars in front of us. It was either short staffing of just negligence from this restaurant. Then when we finally got up to the drive-through window they got our order wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes for then to get it correct. A bad experience.

Worst taco ever? Is that possible? I never thought I’d see the day when I’d say that. But I tried the new«shredded beef» taco and it was the soggiest mess of slop served in a soft taco shell I had to use knife and fork cause it was so gushy, even the tortilla was slimy wet. Then, it was cold. WTF, can’t you do anything right? Maybe they should call it an «Econo mini-wet burrito, served chilled» but then that’d be another thing… Stick to what you know best… pollo, you crazy chickens you. And, as usual, the ice cream machine was down so no chocolate shake for Robin ;-(
