What can I say. I love Downtown Long Beach. The bars, brew houses, restaurants, and night life. It’s an old area with a new feel to it.

Downtown LBC has it all except good parking. It even has its abundance of bums. From Roscoes to Rock Bottom to Yardhouse, this up and coming trendy location is slowly pushing the ghetto north of Anaheim… although not quite there yet. I remember coming to LBC for two reasons during the youthful days: V2O and Roscoes… DTLBC has an assortment of lounges and bars even a 7 – 11 to get crunk off a dub. The beach is obviously nearby but don’t go in that filthy water xD

I love this Enterprise! Eric, the branch manager took great care of me. My vehicle was in an accident and he worked with the insurance company to put me into a luxury car, an Audi. A week later, I did something silly and forgot to tighten the gas cap on the vehicle and as a result the check engine light turned on. I called Eric worried that the car wasn’t operational. While I was at work, Eric went to my apartment building(worked with my security) and checked out the light at a nearby garage. When he determined the problem, he simply tightened the gas cap. This Enterprise goes above and beyond-excellent service!!!

pollution sucks, water is hard as hell. People can get shady from 4th street and up. Buts its freaken awesome! I bought a condo in the promenade area back in 2012 and bought it for only one reason. How walk able it is because just about everything you can think of is walking distance. Been here now for a year and i still cant get enough of it. Gets crazy on fri/sat but what major party hub doesnt. Being so close to the beach, yet still having the night life of downtown LA or the Block in OC is nice to have. City has done a lot to clean up the problems and make the area really bright.
