These guys are awesome. This isn’t your typical street vendor selling hot dogs… They are professional, courteous and their cart is actually clean. When I saw their cart for the first time today, I actually WANTED a hot dog/sausage and wasn’t getting it as a last resort since there weren’t any other options. Their all beef hot dogs are amazingly delicious and they come on an awesome sesame bun… Did I mention their dogs are a ¼ lb.?? They’re super filling and they have several different kinds to choose from; whether it be the classic all-beef dog, bacon wrapped dogs, spicy dogs, turkey dogs, or the assortment of sausages they have to offer, you’ll definitely find something to your liking. They have the normal condiments — mustard/spicy mustard, ketchup, mayo, relish, sauerkraut, jalapeños, and chopped raw onions… But you can also get grilled onions which are super bomb and ask them to put cream cheese on your bun. You don’t even know what you’re missing out on. Keep it up DogFellas, We like what you’re doing!

Always see this place on the way home from work. Decided to stop by and it was well worth it. The bacon wrapped dog is good and the spicy Itallian is great! This is my new hotdog spot. Keep up the good work and service guys!

Spent many years working in Down town LB and I’ve always enjoyed visiting Dogfellaz! Today I realized how much I’ve missed them so I stopped on in to see a whole new set up. The spicy Italian was on point. Had it loaded down with everything! The service was friendly and the price is what I think would be proper. These guys have bills to pay just like any other business! Give them a try if you are in downtown LB!

«I’m going to make you an offer, you can’t refuse.» Right outside of the LB courthouse is a hot dog stand named after one of the greatest movies of all time. However, it might not be the greatest, it’s still okay. I ordered a bacon hotdog for about $ 3, which in my opinion is a little bit steeper than I would like, considering they are relatively small. Overall, it’s not a bad hotdog stand, it’s okay. If I could I would rather just go to costco or Sams club and get a hotdog there instead.

I’m a little behind on getting this banged out, but last weekend we scored some dogs off the Dogfellas cart at the Long Beach Motorama Car Show. I had two,(yes, count ‘em, two) of the bacon dogs with grilled onions and they were mighty fresh and tasty. My friend ordered the Chicago dog from the menu board, only to discover that they didn’t have several of the key ingredients needed to make it a true Chicago. That having been said, she still ordered the quasi-Chicago and gave it a thumbs up. The service was friendly, and the operation was clean and neat– always a big plus from a street vendor! A little on the pricey side with three dogs and a pair of aguas shooting the hell out of a double saw buck! But I always expect to get clipped a little at a special event anyway. Bottom line? I would definitely do the dog again!
