Horrible from the word go. Should have seen the signs immediately but my wife thought some of the issues over a few cleaning visits were no big deal. Like broken items not reported until I found them, misplaced items, lights left on, quoting one rate then asking for another after the job was done, rescheduling at the last minute. One time they broken the shower handle and the owner(Marco) was nice enough to come by and fix it but he did it wrong and it was still leaking so I had to hire a plumber to do the job right. A couple times he was nice enough to give me a few bucks off the $ 100 to compensate for broken items: ceiling lamp, glass photo frame, neon light. A couple times the floors were not finished. This last(and final visit went like this: First, Marco asked if he could schedule for Saturday at 12:30, which I said was fine. I had a dentist appointment at 10:00 about 30 mi away so that left me time. But, the Friday before he calls and asks if they can come around 9:00. I said ok, but they need to arrive on time so I can make my 10:00 appointment(they are often late). So, they show up the next day at 9:00, I leave for my appointment and all is good right? Wrong. So, I get back they’re still cleaning which is great, then they leave and I pay them a higher rate than usual because it had been some time since they had cleaning($ 120) and two women were there for about 3 hours for a 2200 sq ft home, minus three rooms which did not need cleaning. So, you would think in three hours they could have done a good job? Wrong. They didn’t vacuum the carpeted stairs(which they had always done), didn’t finish the laminate floors upstairs, didn’t put ANYTHING back including heavy items which I have repeatedly told them I cannot do because of a bad back. So, I called Marco and he said they would come back around 4:00 to finish. At 5:30 they arrive and do the stairs and put a couple things back I couldn’t(I didn’t want to just push these two large baskets with my foot because it might scratch the floors). Anyway, after an hour+ of putting these back to the way they were I discovered a broken picture frame glass, and a photo of my daughter laying nearby. I called him and said I would be going with another service. I think the problem with these guys is they storm through the place too quickly not paying attention to detail because Marco is trying to squeeze in too much business perhaps. In any case, my advice is to be very careful with this group because I’ve heard from others as well that time and time again they unplug things and don’t plug them back in, leave lights on, leave windows and doors unlocked, break things, and don’t complete the work. They need to slow down and do the job their company says which is to do a thorough deep cleaning. I should not have to pay $ 120 of my hard earned $$ just to have to spend another hour to an hour and a half of rearranging, inspecting and complaining. It happened to me every time and I am really an easy customer generally speaking and try to be understanding that people make mistakes and are human. But when the same mistakes are made over and over and over I can’t deal with it. BUYERBEWARE!!!

Marco and his cleaning staff did a great job on my rental house. I highly recommend him for deep cleaning service after a tenant move out.
