California Locksmith Company

Update: After the owner badgered me to remove my comment. He requested another person to give him 5 stars in efforts to raise his review. My experience with this company gets worse as the days go by just because he failed miserably. He insisted he never did any work for me. Which is true, since he never showed up and sent me to voicemail. :-(
The service from this «company» is the most awful EVER! I located the company and called based on them being the closest in my area. After discussing the details of my needs he advised it would take 30 – 45 minutes to be at my home. After the wait time for the «24 Hour» company, I texted the company, since this is where he advised me to submit my address to. After no response for 15 minutes, I called the number of service and the guy sent me to voicemail!!!
This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL company in the industry. The service was desperately needed and instead I was forced to call another locksmith whom arrived in 15 minutes as stated. I was late to work and could have been on time should I have called the Joseph instead. He was quick, polite and very professional. I recommend him instead! Don’t waste your time with this rude, one man service who doesn’t respond to texts and sends you to voicemail …
