Extremely rude and horrible service. Refuses to cash lottery tickets and makes you go across the street to 7 – 11 to cash out. Even for $ 5 or less. When the lotto nunbers were really high, made up an excuse that his machines were down so he could close up. Does not accept debit or credit cards and forces customers to pay cash. Horrible place. No wonder it is always empty everytime I pass by.

They have a great selection of liquor and carettes/cigars with a reasonable price. They seem to have promotions on certain liquors from time to time. Their customer service is A+; the guy brought a special Puerto Rican Rum for me upon my request. I just happen to mention this rum to him and he took my phone number and then within a week I received a call from him that the item is available for me to pick up… WOW. Overall they are very friendly and care about the customers. They also have a great selection of beers and other grocery stuff. BTW, their beers are extremely cold and well priced. The parking could be a hassle in the front(especially in the weekends) but they have lots of parking in the rear.

It maybe a bit dusty but it’s a tad quaint. The man at the counter was extremely polite(excused himself off the phone politely to help me instead of talking the whole time). Made cigarette recommendations. He told me Winston Ultra-Lights are the way to go if you want light, inexpensive and good. I said, «are you sure? the winston lights are nasty» And he said, «Yes, those are but not these». And they are! I dunno. I also got a new fancy water from Figi but it’s called«Island Chill» and Trident Pina Colada gum. I’m pretty happy with all my choices. I’d rather step in and support the mom and pop business over 7 – 11(which is great for past 11pm food/cig/beer runs). They do charge 50 cents for debit transactions and $ 1.00 for credit but whateves. The owner? Told me that it costs them over $ 430 dollars in fees just to have that… so, he’s not running a mult-million dollar business like the slicker 7 – 11. I appreciated the honestly.
