The hard drive on my laptop failed which prompted me to seek out a repair place. I spoke with Jeremy Castner the office manager. Jeremy was extremely accommodating and set it up so my laptop could be looked at ASAP. The technician assigned to my case lost no time in looking at the problem. Within 30 minutes Jeremy was on the telephone giving me the update.
I am very impressed not only with the good customer service and responsive time, but also in their honestly and integrity in taking care of me.

I am a local business owner and Doctor and had my main server crash on me. Without it I am in deep brown stuff.
