Great buildings, well-​maintained, nice location. Best part is the staff though. They’re incredibly friendly and super helpful.

I currently rent a 1 bedroom city view here.
Pros:
*Thick concrete walls mean noise from your neighbors is minimal. If your above neighbor has hardwood floors you will hear it occasionally.
*Spacious bathrooms
*Ample guest parking and available individual garages
*Staff is generally helpful and easy to deal with
*2 banks of elevators that are pretty quick
*Great location in the city, walking to distance to many restaurants/​bars/​activities
Cons:
*The pool is hilariously undersized
*The 388 gym is small although moderately equipped
*Finishes are generally pretty cheap for a high end building
*Require you to pay for guest passes during the LB grand prix
*Move-​in/​out can be pricey
