American Vision Windows

The crew just left and installed six windows and a french door in four hours.
The crew was awesome and did a great job. Frank walked me through and showed me how all the windows and doors worked. I didn’t care for the surveys that I had to fill out while they are standing there. It makes you rush through and not really read what is being asked. Perhaps a different method could be considered.
They lost one star, because it took me quite a long time to get a change order request in. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said it couldn’t be done. A couple days later the sale rep, Josh, called me to tell me it still could be changed. I also had to call them yesterday to verify they were still coming in today, I thought they would call me. So I think the customer service could use some attention.
Other than that, the quality of the windows is amazing and love the way they look.
