This has been my neurologist office for over a decade. There’s been some ups and downs with the office staff over the years but I feel like they have a great team now. I’m never on hold for very long or often when I call and B.J. is one of the most helpful when it comes to authorizations of procedures. All in all, I’m satisfied. I’m not looking forward to when my physician retires… this is all I’ve ever known!

The staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. The only reason I went there was because the dr. was covered under my insurance. In the end they billed my insurance with diagnosis codes for services that never took place, and my insurance wouldn’t cover the claim. I have since been attempting to work with the billing dept. to get them to lift the codes, which has been a mess. They avoid my calls, try to get personal which is very unprofessional, and when I called the Dr. about the mess he said he paid people to deal with these issues so he doesn’t have to. I wish I had never gone here.

This is the worst office ever, the receptionist and the office manager were awful, after waiting over a month for an appt here!, what a terrible place. No child, or adult should ever come here, there poor management is an indication of care you child will receive from the Doctor, Find another place to be seen!!!
