I saw Dr. Adams today for the first time. He was awesome and listened to everything I had to say and spent real time with me. I was 100% satisfied.

My Mother has been going there for a couple years. She is fine with the doctor, she had a pleasant experience with him. Not the office staff. Many disappointments. My Mom is 73 years old.
The last straw was when she was on hold for 30 minutes and actually got in her car and went to the office, which was down the street from her. She walked in and the office staff (who was standing around talking) asked her «can I help you». She said yes, you can. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. You can hang up the phone now! Yay Mom!!!
Today she told me she has not gotten a call regarding her blood results from 3 weeks ago.
She is now changing PCP’s. She has «Caremore» insurance. She told me mostly Medi-​cal patients go there. I guess they don’t care about the others.
It is such a shame when older Americans, who have worked their whole lives, get disrespectful treatment from the younger generation. I am really sad for her and I am sad for me, because I hope I don’t get treated this way when I am old.
