*This review has been modified to remain within Unilocal’s Content Guidelines( ) because it contained(according to Unilocal HQ) inappropriate content & was removed. *Okay based on my primarily relevant to a customer experience: Despite the one star reviews I’m took Marty’s & my old smartphones here to see if we could get better money for them than what those TV gimmicks are offering; do not be fooled by those television ads, it costs you to ship and, you don’t get a lot of money for your phone,($ 8 – 12!). So, see review below this one, shake, stir rinse & repeat, they are all the same. Well the 1 star reviews are right about this place too; first they axed me how much I wanted, then told me they do not take Cricket or Verizon smartphones. Yet, you have a whole display case of I Phones & Smart Phones etc that you are selling for around $ 150 each and some, are Verizon & Cricket. I should have taken the advice from friends & family, that you have to be at the bottom of the barrel for cash and expect to get the bottom of the barrel prices & services from Pawn Shops. Also, you would not buy my Blue Ant from me that I paid $ 140 for, that I sold at my yard sale for $ 100, since as you said«Nobody uses those now with Blue Tooth Share in their cars.» Based on my primarily relevant to a customer experience, your staff was most unhelpful, your place is filthy, roach infested & stinks of urine! In fact they were less than cordial towards me based on my primarily relevant to customer experience. Les would have at least tried to give me something, yet again, when you deal with ladies such as this, you’d be hard pressed to be cordial too:

Small, dirty. The guy behind the counter was less than helpful. Don’t waste your time.

I don’t care what anyone says… this is my favorite pawn shop! They buy things other shops wouldn’t and they always offer the highest price. Don’t confuse them with Albert’s pawn down the street. This one has a window just for sales. If they don’t take a particular item they will refer you to another store. Super helpful!

What happened to all the smart pawnbrokers? My car broke down and needed some emergency cash. I brought in my 1972 Takamine copy of a Guild and BrotherBroker wanted to give me $ 50. He asked for the model number and looked it up on Ebay. HA! If you find this guitar on Ebay, I will GIVEYOU $ 150, how does that sound? In fact, find this guitar for sale ANYWHERE on the net and I will pay you for your brilliant pawnbroking skills, lol. Do not bring anything of value here, they will not recognize it. It is obvious they are only used to dealing with thieves!

I have been to this store plenty of times to buy things or just get information. The people there aren’t there to play games with you or cheat you out of money. They know what there doing and if they don’t have what you want or are not willing to pay what your asking they will tell you about other places to try for the best results. They will also work with you if your buying something. Ive seen them take down the price on things several times just to make sure that the customer got the best price they could give. I have even seen them go out of there way so that customers can test something in the store. Ive been to lots of places where if the battery is dead or there is no power cord then your out of luck and you need to test it at home. At AAA they will find a charger or power cord or they will try and make one just for you to see how something works.

They were supposed to open 24 hrs but when I got there at 10pm they were closed. Then I went in on a Saturday, but the extremely rude girl at the counter said they weren’t helping anyone. {=_=} Extremely unfriendly employees and a very unclean, unwelcoming store front, in comparison to the other Pawn Shops I’ve been to.
