Stretch Cleaning & Resoration

I found Stretch to be confused as to what constitutes a cleaning service for a change over on the island. Three people were sent to my one story, 3 bedroom 1 bath home to clean. While the charge looked reasonable on the onset, I was charged an additional fee of $ 41.50 for «extra vacuuming and mopping and scrubbing of stove top». When I called to inquire how you have to extra vacuum 3 small rooms of carpet or mop a tile floor I got no where. Customer service was poor with the woman on the phone arguing with me.
While the actual cleaning of the home was fine, the charges were excessive and not warranted as I could see. The rep of the company was not willing to do anything for me and this was the first time being used.
