I work in this mall. My colleagues and I have a running joke that we should just make our own coffee because it is so slow and the service is so bad. Really easy fix. If there is a long line, stop stocking and help the line of customers There is always a line. Worst service. Manager never gives any direction just talks. Go to Nordstroms instead. Cheaper, much better coffee. They know how to brew it properly(because we all know brewing is so difficult)

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The line to order your drink is short, but the entire inside is packed with people waiting for theirs. They are extremely slow, and don’t prioritize the easy things(like a hot coffee) first. I ordered a cold brew(which they just pour out of a pitcher and hand to you) and it took 22 min. I timed it, it was that slow. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Every time I walk by it’s just as busy. I think it should be a sign to them that they may need to hire more staff…

I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and it really just has not gotten much better for the service. It’s really just a convince location because it’s in park meadows by the food court. One time we were there and they completely skipped our order ! Regardless of that they are so slow compared to other starbucks . Today I got a tall soy iced caramel latte and it was fairly busy but the register were moving fast it was the drinks not being made fast. The girl was going through drink after drink but about 10 of us waited for our drinks because 1 barista was to make all the drinks !!! Another barista came out and helped with about 3 drinks then returned to the back. A few more people came in and the manager Wales out and asked another girl to hop on a register because it was busy. No one helped the poor guy trying to make all the drinks by himself !! A number of baristas came out and never helped ! The drink getting process was so slow. I probably waited 10 minutes. Just don’t be in a rush if coming here for coffee.

I don’t think this Starbucks needs a star from my first and probably my last experience. I ordered my drink from a «very long line» about 8 people in front of me, the line moved pretty quick because there were 2 people on register. I think there were 3 or 4 barista’s so it would make sense to control the amount of people who are in line to make their drinks. Sadly, I got my drink 30 minutes later. No joke, I even showed my receipt. I am a very patient person and I understand customer service. This is why this place sucks service. I asked the barista 15 minutes later who was making my drink, she said it was on the way. no apology. Then he goes in the back and never returned(I guess his shift was over). Then they called my name(except it was a wrong drink) so one of the girls corrected the person, I guess the person who made my drink was new. She comes back and gives me another wrong drink. She said she would make it again, after 10 minutes i guess she forgot about my drink. All in all it took me 30 minutes of my patience to say something because I hate waiting and having my family wait for me. When I get to the register, the register lets everyone know and ask why my drink hasn’t been made and everyone starts playing the blame game, so she made the drink herself. I guess that was the star that this place deserved, for that cashier who then became the barista.

I visit the Starbucks from time to time and am never impressed. Messy, slow, inaccurate. This last time though was a tipping point for me. I asked for a large ice water with my order. The employee informed me the she could only give me a grande and that«it was her new managers thing.» It’s pretty disappointing that we spend $ 4 on our coffee and they won’t give 4 oz more of water. It doesn’t make any sense and you could tell that the employee agreed it was a stupid rule. It’s worth walking to the Starbucks in the vistas to avoid this store, unless this new manager manages over there too now. Lord help us.

I go to this starbucks every day, and today one of the workers was extremely rude. I believe her name is geraldine and not only told me that I couldnt go to an open register but did not listen to my order and had me repeat myself 3 times. There is a time and place for conversations with coworkers and a busy time like 1:30PM is not one of them. After this experience I do not want to go and will share my negative experience with others.

I was at the Starbucks at 4:30ish…they were so busy. I understand that. I told the cashier how I wanted my iced coffee. Why was this so difficult? I was the only one to wait forever, and I had to tell.them.again. And did not appreciate this one baristas attitude… regret not getting her name. Last time I go to Lonetree Starbucks. Maybe it’s time to find a different coffee shop… and leave this franchise behind…

If you come in after 7pm, their sense of urgency is decreased. It’s taken over 10 min to get my drink when only one other person was in line. I’m not unrealistic and never order complicated drinks. It was just frustrating to see them joking around and not caring about the use of their time with customers present. They are great people though, I’m not discounting that. Just act appropriately in front of customers and leave the joking around for closing.

Conveniently located if you’re shopping and need a caffeine boost, or if you work at the mall(like I used to). There’s usually a line, but they also have 5 or more people working and are able to serve everyone efficiently. Friendly staff. Around Christmas, I’ve noticed that they have someone standing by the door taking orders then relaying them to whoever is making the drinks via walkie talkie so that the line goes even faster.

Quit talking and give me my DANG cup of Americano deliciousness… I love Starbucks. It’s great. I love talking to people and getting to know them … but when you have a LONG line of tired mall employees waiting for their lowfat-VENTI-morning-wake-up-call-extra-shot-of-esspresso-with room … it’s is probably not the best time to try to get to know each customer you come in contact with. Take my order… give me my drink. That’s all. talk to me AFTER I have a drink in my hand. I cant be TOO hard on the staff. They are very friendly.
