From the moment I walked in the office, and was greeted cheerfully by both of the front desk staff [Ashley Rojas and Jolene Lopez], I was put at ease. I could tell that they were slammed with patients, yet when I was seen by Zena Maldonado, she didn’t rush through the appointment. Instead, she not only addressed my immediate medical condition, but also gave me multiple preventative measures to take in the future to avoid that occurring again.
I left the office in a better mood than when I entered, thanks to being equipped with several strategies to use if needed. I was grateful she spent that time reviewing all the day-​to-​day changes I had made while recovering from my condition, which gave me more confidence in being able to stay healthy.
It was clear to me that this practice puts a lot of emphasis on treating the whole person, not just a symptom, and they truly care about their patients.

Found the nurses to be unfriendly and the customer service to be poor. This office is also really bare-​bones.

Remarkably easy to book an appointment. Staff followed up as promised on sending additional info, including providing an advanced cost for my share of costs for a routine procedure. Dr. Erik Springer and his team were super attentive, friendly and kind during the procedure. All they need is a bit better website, but otherwise this was a memorably positive experience.
