Management is not very good here… When my husband and I walked the apartment that we were going to be living in everything seemed ok except the cabinets which are literally falling apart and look terrible I have attached photos. I told my husband to speak with them about it and not to sign the lease until they say they will fix these horrible cabinets. I was told 4 times they would be switched out. Well, we have been here 4 months now and no one knows what I’m talking about and been told that no one is going to switch out my cabinets ever … Oh great, had I known that I would have signed lease down the street with another apartment building that was remodeled for the same money $ 1,250 …the location is nice near shopping and a hospital. They keep the property clean staff is nice but disorganized there is no drop box for rent so if you work hours like 7 am to 7 pm like I then almost impossible to get to the office when they are open … Best advice steer clear.
