Rudest employees ever. Made an 11yr old cry over their mistake. I really hope when the new management takes over they revamp the way their employes treat their customers.

I have to agree with Pamela R. I love this store! The placement of their merchandise is exactly the way I shop!
With bright lights and plenty of space between clothes racks, they have all the dresses, tops, and bottoms sectioned off very neatly to one side; the huge sale section in the back next to the pretty dressing room; all the shoes and accessories on the other side; and the register in the center. So efficient if you ask me. I was able to see all the good stuff and grab all the ones I wanted without feeling like I circled the store several times.

Absolutely dissatisfied.
I went shopping for a recent concert. When I walked out of the dressing room to ask for an opinion, the woman gave me a dirtily look and said «I guess it’s okay». I over looked it because they have pretty cute clothes and because they first time i went was a good experience.
So i pick out my outfit. I had my aunts credit card, she treated me to it. She wasn’t with me. But the back of the card was signed, so I figured it was fine. Nope. The woman asked for an ID and I apologized and said it was my aunts card. She was extremely rude. I even offered about to call my Aunt. No way, so I told her i wasn’t in love with the outfit any ways and I’d try somewhere else. I was like thanks anyways though. And she came back with a total ‘I don’t really care what you want to do attitude’.
I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Holly Crap! Look at all these ladies shoppers! I guess no husbands or boyfriends picked out the correct gift because every one is exchanging and buying! Gentlemen just give us a gift card next time. Make it for $ 100 or more because you can’t get a good par of jeans in here for less! Love This Store (new text lingo –LTS-)

I’ve been to the Loveculture boutique in Park Meadows Mall about 3 or 4 times now. I really love the clothes! Definitely boho with some flair. The prices are really fair! I saw the exact same shirt in both Loveculture and another store in the mall and Loveculture had it for about $ 10 less.
The one thing that I really hate about this Loveculture location is the employees. Having been there multiple times, I’ve dealt with a wide sampling of their staff. ALL OF THEM ARE RUDE. I think I had one fitting room attendant who at least greeted me. The rest of them don’t say anything and one fitting room attendant would actually give me dirty looks. I think it’s because of my large body type. But I fit with ease into their size L shirts. The cashiers I’ve dealt with are also horrible. One gave off a very cold demeanor as she scanned my items. The other one, (who is also the rude fitting room attendant I dealt with), charged me for shoes I wasn’t buying and made my total about $ 90 instead of $ 60. I calmly corrected her. Instead of getting an apology, I got a 5 minute wait as she asked her manager how to amend the situation. Lastly, one of the floor attendants almost elbowed my mother in the face as she hurried past us.
I will return to this store simply because of the fair prices on beautiful clothing, but something NEEDS to be done about the staff.
