I had made an appointment a week ago for my bridal and wedding party to get their nails done. They called me back to cancel today saying they didn’t have the staff. Frustrating to have to try to coordinate 13 peoples nails and then having them cancel on you last minute…

Paid $ 55 for a shellac pedi. My toes weren’t shaped right. The polish is translucent. The woman doing my nails kept getting up and walking around. Then as I’m leaving the woman asks me if I have cash for a tip. There is a sign that say«cash tips preferred» if I had cash I would’ve used it. Just seemed a little rude to me. I wouldn’t go back.

Well. I’m a little disappointed to say the least. The person who did my nails was nice enough but I have to say red flag #1 was that she had her false eyelashes on backwards. Maybe it was a fashion statement? I don’t know. Anyway, I went in for a gel manicure and a pedi. I picked my colors and sat down in the chair. She kept getting up throughout my pedi to help other people and I’m pretty sure she did a crappy job because she was interrupted so many times… or because she was rushing so much that she forgot what she was doing. My cuticles weren’t clipped very well and my feet were buffed barely at all and she did a horrible job of shaping my nails. There is still polish and rough spots all over my nails and skin. Not cute. My gel manicure is the exact same(I’m pretty familiar with shellac… I have my own stuff but we’re leaving for Vegas tomorrow and I just didn’t have time to do my own). Big surprise. I won’t be going back.

I’m sad to give this review because I loved this salon up until three months ago when the quality began to plummet. At first, I attributed it to busy days or an off day for the technician, but after four terrible manicures, I won’t be returning. The location used to be impeccably clean with sanitized tools, but now the tools are dirty and the technicians are rushed. The ladies here are friendly, but their work is sloppy. Today, I left with ragged, bleeding cuticles which I’ve not ever experienced at any nail salon. It appears that sloppiness is the new normal at this location and I’m sad that I’ll have to find a new salon.

I don’t usually get my nails done but I went there for a girls night out/bday. I was super indecisive so I told them to do any color and I loved my nails! Will Def go again.

Absolutely fantastic! They have new owners since the last time I was here years ago. Very clean, professional, and have the nicest staff! Had an amazing hot stone pedicure and manicure! They don’t rush or try to upsell you. They are just lovely! Great prices and I always love getting a shoulder massage! Love love love this place!

Came back to CO for a visit and popped in to get a Mani/Pedi while I was there. Let me just say La Bella is so clean and the service is great! The open, airy layout with the serene décor helps the whole feeling pampered experience. Not to mention the hot rock massage that was included in my mani/pedi. I’m usually pretty picky when judging the outcome of my mani but my mani came put perfect. It’s been a few weeks and my gel nails still look great!

With the new management(changed two months ago), La Bella is a great place for mani/pedi. With my mani, I got a hot stone massage/rub over my hands and it’s a great winter treat. The owner did a thorough job on my nails and am loving it. Definitely my «go-to» nail salon when I’m in Denver visiting my family!

This place recently changed management. They are really nice and overall pretty good, but I’m not entirely satisfied. The person who did my French shellac put the white on tips so it globbed onto the underside of my nail. Also the white part of the French isn’t very vibrant and the filing job wasn’t fantastic. They are new so they are learning. It’s not bad, but I’ve had a lot better.

I always get my gel manicures done here and I’ve been satisfied every time! It’s always even and isn’t bulky at all. They are very reasonably priced and they have great customer service. They just recently underwent a management change but that has not affected the quality at all. They always do their best to receive every customer and make you feel pampered and taken care of. It’s always so clean and looks amazing inside.

Great place, super clean and doesn’t smell chemically they did a great job. The girl who did my nails could have been friendlier and a smile would have been appreciated… maybe she was having a bad day. Still great!

This is the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been too. Most nail salons have that strong, horrible nail smell but La Bella does not! My mom and I don’t go anywhere else to get our nails done because of the cleanliness and also the wonderful staff. The staff is so friendly and professional… They always do such a great job! I love how the staff will bring you water/tea and give you a quick massage while your nails dry… If you want great service and beautiful nails La Bella is the place to go!

I find that there are typically two types of nail salons; high quality service with a high price tag or mediocre service with a more competitive price tag. La Bella Nails & Spa is the only nail salon I’ve visited who manages to successfully merge the best of both worlds — high quality service & competitive pricing. The nail techs are kind and meticulous. They take their time making sure your nails and toes look exactly the way you want them to. I had someone bringing me water and helping me find a close spot to charge my phone just minutes in to my pedicure. This type of «Whatever You Need» attitude/service seems to be standard here, and I really appreciate that. Because of my busy schedule, I used to settle for the nearest nail salon when I found myself with an open pocket of time; however, I will make it a point to be consistent in booking appointments at La Bella– because the service is worth my time and definitely worth the money.

La Bella Nails did a great job. Great service and spectacular experience. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are near park meadows mall. Ask for Debbie! She gave me great service and was very patient with me when helping me pick my gel nail color.(Romantifique is a great color) She is young, fun and has been doing this for years. I got a deluxe pedicure and my legs and feet have never looked or felt as good. totally worth it. I’ve been to many other places before but this place does a foot wax treatment that I thought was really unique and really locked in a lot of moisture.

Took my daughter to get get nails painted on a Saturday. Was able to sit right down, got great treatment and it only cost $ 5. Got a coupon for a future pedicure– for me! Will be back. Clean, quiet and very friendly staff!

Here is a place to go when your feet really need a treat and you have some extra time to spend getting pampered. I walked in for your typical pedicure(I’m not one to upgrade for anything fancy) which will run you $ 30. They have all the regular stuff… OPI color, great big chairs with massagers, etc. It’s a pretty large space so I imagine it doesn’t get smelly– which is always a plus for me! Here’s where they differ. In just a regular pedicure, they give you a foot massage for probably 5 — 7 minutes(I think it’s doubled with a spa pedi) and then they do a hot stone treatment on your legs! I kept wondering– did they misunderstand me? Did I not say it clearly that I only needed a regular pedicure? But it’s all included! Additionally, my techinician was incredibly meticulous and my toenails still look great after 3 weeks and multiple trips to the gym with running shoes. I highly recommend them for a pedi if you’re in the area! (I believe they are called La Bella now– next to Anthony’s Pizza.)

I typically go to another salon, but I was nearby this one and I needed a pedicure and thought I would give it a try. First, the place already had a negative atmosphere — no customers, several nail techs sitting in the massage chairs texting. The woman asked why I was getting a pedicure, and I responded I was getting ready for my homecoming dance. She responded by saying that she would not work on my calluses on my feet since I would be wearing heels anyway. I politely asked if she would anyways, and she refused and said I would thank her later! Rude! However, she did do a lot of sloppy file work, which left several file burns and even bleeding cuts on my toes. Seriously, the water was pink. Unhygienic and painful. The entire pedi lasted 15 minutes. At the end, the woman handed me the receipt and said«dont forget the tip.» can your say rude?!? terrible pedi, bitchy and lazy staff, and hideous environment. Avoid like the plague.

So I LOVE a nail salon that: 1. Doesn’t use Dremel tools. 2. Doesn’t smell like chemicals. 3. Will do my nails short and keep the acrylic thin without giving me attitude about it. Even better — they weren’t busy, so they turned one of the tables to the side and worked on both hands at once. Hooray! At $ 25 for a fill, they’re a bit more expensive but I think it’s really worth it when they do a quality job, don’t saw off your cuticles, and do what you ask them to do. Great pedicure as well. Their massage chairs are really comfy, Whatever clear coat they use keeps the polish on FOREVER. I’m serious. Good luck trying to get it off without pure acetone. Hell yes! Now that I think about it, maybe that’s a little scary. Eh, long lasting pedicure is a win in my book! I used to live in Denver, but now go back about every six months. Every time I am in town I make a point to go here. Then I take my nails back to Lehigh Valley, PA salons and ask them to do the same thing and they just don’t get it… sigh…
