Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/South – RidgeGate

Nice place for business travelers. I was there during the Nov. 2015 snow storms and it was comfy, quiet place to conduct business and move about as its located next to the highways. The staff here seems to work hard to make the pleasure a good one.
The morning breakfast is great with a diverse selection of offerings and the people that I saw staying here were business folks, or the rare family with kids. If I need to conduct business again in the local area I would stay here.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast– and nice rooms Staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Really couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay,

These Idiots, Andy to be exact, gave my Wife’s RESERVED ROOM away!?!
After confirming her RESERVATION, AND TAKING HER CREDIT CARD NUMBER. She was up on an airplane to Denver at 5am, worked all day, and finally thought she could go to her RESERVED HOTEL ROOM, and finally relax after a grueling day… only to be told:“YOUR ROOM WAS GIVEN AWAY!”. What? What freaken Idiots. Isn’t that the whole point of the reservation, to INSURE you have a room RESERVED upon arrival?
They didn’t even have the decency to give her a phone call, no heads up, nothing, «Hey, we gave your room away».
She was told the City was SOLD OUT. The only room available was at a some Rat Trap the next town over, la Quinta $ 139 a night as opposed to HAMPTON Inn $ 219 a night. You’d think they’d send her to a comparable, hotel. The hotel they sent her to was questionable. My wife is concerned that there were even bedbugs on the sheets. She had to call the front desk to get them to put «clean» ones on. The woman from La Quinta wasn’t sure if they were bedbugs or not?!
There was a room at the Four Season; Which they
(HAMPTON INN, LONE TREE) were too cheap to Spring for. It’s their fault she was in the spot she was in. They should be held accountable, it’s no way to treat your guest.
We do business in Denver frequently, but will never give HAMPTON INN LONE TREE our business again… and if I were you Brothers & Sisters out there… You shouldn’t either.
I just thought this should be said, I know Id like to be warned.

Great place to be stay. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent free breakfast. Air conditioner was a little loud and traffic noise was audible. Overall very nice.

Stayed here for new years with my wife. Nice and quiet, comfortable room and bed. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was a plus. Only thing keeping it from a 5 was they don’t have a hot tub and the breakfast was just «ok»

Check out was smooth, bill was under our door in morning. Breakfast included waffle maker, donuts, breads, fruit, sausage, made western omelette, French toast sticks, coffee, juice, oatmeal (see photo). Grab and go breakfast bags near front desk. Papers available too.

In general, I am a big fan of Hampton Inns — they are comfortable, clean, reasonably priced, emphasize service, and come with breakfast and a pool. For a 3 star kind of hotel, Hampton does things well. This hotel is no exception. Brand new, the entire hotel sparkles. We stayed there because we had a wedding in the area, and the experience was wonderful. The rooms are comfortable, roomy, and come with all the modern amenities one needs — wifi, cable TV, new mattresses, etc. The décor reflects 21^st century, and check in was swift and efficient. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to folks staying in that part of town. It’s especially convenient to Park Meadows and those staying at Sky Ridge medical complex. A gem in the south Denver metro area. Thumbs up.

Great hotel! When I talked to Denise over the phone to check the cancellation policy, I casually mentioned I was coming to Denver to house hunt. She left me a thoughtful card and package that I received when I checked in, wishing me good luck. What a thoughtful person!

Now that I’m on my 3^rd week here, it’s time for a review. Overall I’m pleased with the hotel; it exemplifies what I expect in a Hampton Inn.
The hotel itself seems relatively new and the rooms are appointed in standard Hilton fashion. Note that the regular rooms don’t have a mini fridge, which is odd. The suites *do* have a mini fridge however, as well as being over twice the size.
In all the rooms I’ve been in so far I’ve had plenty of room to lay out my toiletries without acrobatics, and there have been a sufficient number of hangers in each closet to hang a week’s worth of shirts and slacks.
The regular rooms did NOT have a separate chair for reading though, and I don’t like sitting on the bed the entire evening.

What a life saver! We were basically stranded, there was an unexpected snow storm which stopped our journey and left us moving 20mph in a 75mph zone. The staff went so far out of their way to not only clean a recently vacated room for us but to make sure we were comfortable in our temporary suite.
These rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a full closet off the contemporary styled marble bath and a completely separate kitchenette has all the amenities one could need! The lobby offers an accommodating commissary and a complimentary continental breakfast not to mention free popcorn!
I am truly impressed with this stay, other hotels could take a lesson from the outstanding service and over the top quality we received here!
