WATERED DOWN BOTOX FOR GROUPON USERS!!!
I bought a groupon for Bioasthetic Skin Enhancement and Rejuvenation in Lone Tree, CO for Botox. The deal was for 25 units of botox for $ 149. As a Registered Nurse who worked for a plastic surgeon previously, I was used to getting botox and know when it is mixed correctly or diluted to make more money. I bought two of the groupons, one for myself and one for a friend. We went and I got the amount of botox I always in the areas I always treat. I mentioned to Dr. Reed that I had gotten botox before and that I know the results that I would expect. He jokingly (or so I thought at the time) stated, «except when you get it with a groupon, right?» Boy — he WASN’T joking! The results I got were terrible — barely a difference and so I called the office a week later to report the poor outcome. I mentioned that the batch was either no good or the dilution of the mix was wrong. The front office staff apologized and made me an appointment to come back in. I live an hour away from this business but thought Dr. Reed would make it right knowing that he didn’t give me or my friend what we paid for. I went in today and I explained to Dr. Reed that the result I have is not what I usually get with the same number of units placed in the same areas. His response was «well, if you want, you can buy more botox, but I’m not giving it away for free». Yes — let’s buy more botox that is so watered down that there is basically no effect whatsoever. Ridiculous! My friend also had poor results (no surprise) and after attempting to get the business to correct the situation (and was basically told me I was SOL) I am demanding my groupon amount be refunded. I paid another $ 147 on top of the groupon amount for additional botox for my friend that day that was over and above the 25 and I expect that this is not refundable which is unfortunate. This business is a scam, watering down botox which they already make a good profit on using the CORRECT dilution and give substandard product to unknowing customers. I am not an unknowing customer and so I gave this business the opportunity to make it right — Dr. Reed decided to continue to lie so now I blog.
If anyone knows of a business that actually gives what you are paying to receive when it comes to Botox, let me know!

I received Botox from BSER. Dr Reed did an amazing job, and took time to listen to my skin concerns. The office is very clean and nice, and the staff is knowledgable. Highly recommended!

I went because of a groupon for epidermal leveling and facial … Terrible idea. I had pretty decent skin with only a few pimples (2 – 3). After the epidermal leveling, I broke out so bad days later. My acne flared up so bad and it spread. I never had acne on my cheeks but after the treatment it flared up on my cheeks and now I have acne scars.
The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that they were nice people.

Jeri does my services, and is VERY knowledgeable! I feel like she always knows what is best for me and is concerned to treat me properly. Very pleasant office too! I have been going to BIO for about a year now and have enjoyed the auto billing to have services once a month. Jeri is fabulous about communication and availability as well.

came to this place via groupon for laser hair removal. never had done it before, but was always curious and got an amazing deal. the environment is calming, but not too spa-​like. the specialists are good at what they do, and helped to ease my anxiety. I’d go back for more treatments, once I could afford to! oh, the price we pay for beauty!

Never had a facial until my sister bought a groupon for this place.
We both went for my bday a few weekends back. It was neat. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I had never had one.
It was great. The lady was so nice and did a good job explaining all that was happening.
Very clean and nice place. You can feel somewhat vulnerable in places like these where they know so much about products and skin tips, but they did a good job advising me on what products to use.
I wanted to buy one of the lotions, but it was close to $ 100. Guess it pays to look good. But i opted for a cleanser that was a bit cheaper $ 25. I like it so far.
Face is still peeling, but that is to be expected. Might be back, but not sure I am facial girl.

With my «most recent discovery», I decided it was time to face up (pun intended) and take drastic action! I purchased the micropeel which is a combination of microdermabrasion and chemical peel with an additional upgrade to an enhancer for the peel.
Colleen was very professional and helpful when I asked for her advice and knowledge. With a decade of experience I felt comfortable in her hands. The setting was calm and relaxing and I enjoyed the treatments.
So far I don’t resemble a freshly molted snake thank goodness but the overall texture and feel of my skin has greatly improved.
As with all things, time will tell.
