Oh my… Just tried Auntie Anne’s pretzels in the park meadows mall for the first time. Never again! Tried to order the pepperoni pretzels and they said«all we have is whats in the case.» I said«are you making more?» «No.» Me. «its plastered everywhere, you should probably be at least making them.» Them … «we’ve had a line all day.» Me… «fine, ill take the salted one with a cheese sauce cup.» Me(While waiting)… «what time do you close?» Them. «9 pm» Me…“okay.it’s 530pm.“ Cut to eating … The pretzel was okay but the«cheese» tasted like a generic piece of american cheese slice. Blah!

Same comment as month ago; long line, one kid doing all serving, two kids prepping, oblivious we are all watching them. These are just pretzels — manager needs to step it up or move on.

It’s my fist 3 stars, it’s gone to AuntieAnne’s at this location. My pretzel is too salty, super salty. I tried to tell them buy they said it should be likes that and normal. Ok I’m ok, but I will not pay any penny with them again. I still give them 3 star because the frozen lemonade was so good. :(

Ok this place is a mess. All I wanted was a pretzel. There was a huge line because there was only one of 4 staff who was willing to serve the customer. The young kid working the counter was trying hard but still struggling to do it all. He had to take the orders, handle the cash, get the food and get the drinks. The front counter was a pig stye and if you looked at the counter in the back it was obvious that they had not wipes them down all day long. This place is in dire need of adult supervision or a visit from the health department, which ever is more beneficial.

The lines are long at this mall location and they tend to overbake their dough as the pretzels turned out harder than what I’ve had from the Southwest Plaza Mall location. Especially the Sweet Almond Pretzels. They already threw out the one that’s been sitting at the top and was obviously hard as a rock when picked up by the tongs. The second one I got only had 1⁄3 of it edible, really sad because it had good flavors. The other flavor we asked for was Sour Cream and Onion, good flavor but beware it’s just seasonings they sprinkle on top of an original pretzel, if you’re aiming to be healthy then just get the plain one!

I used to love Auntie Ann’s. This location has made me change my mind. Every time I go, there are no jalapeño pretzels. When I ask for one, the cashier generally looks annoyed and say they will have to make one as a special order. I say thank you, and I don’t mind waiting. Went today, and when I finally got my pretzel… the jalapeños were just laying cold on top of a pretzel… not even rolled into the dough! I asked Ashley, a rude teenager who was busy talking to her boyfriend on the other side of the counter the hold time, why the jalapeños weren’t rolled into the dough… she started yelling at me that she wasn’t obligated to put the jalapeños in the pretzel… and another worker Chantel started yelling at me that the sign didn’t way anything about jalapeños being in the pretzel… snd I told her I’d be calling the manager. She flipped me off and said to go ahead. I’ll be going to Wetzel’s Pretzel from now on. I’ve been an Auntie Anne’s customer for over 20 years… and never seen anything like this!
