I love this place! I came from a different eye doctor who I wasn’t too fond of and they had very little selection to this place with a very friendly, helpful staff and an amazing selection. I would highly recommend them!

Poor customer service, exam went swell but sales & service abysmal at best. They are unable to provide tinting per customer’s specification. Had a pair of high end Persols sent back twice for tinting and each time they came back they were the exact same partially tinted lenses with zero CHANGE in hue. They also do not have tinted swatches on site so the process is purely subjective at best. If you want custom glasses beyond the norm, stay away from this place. Wasted my time & $$$$.

Excellent service, knowledgable medical staff. Dr. Carlson spent the time with me that my eyes needed. I’m one to ask lots of questions, and Dr. Carlson and her staff are always interested in answering them in detail. And, if they don’t know, they find out. What could be better?
