I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mathew Descena. My 3 girls love him. My oldest will be 8 this summer and I know the time is coming where she will be more comfortable with a woman. The two woman doctors here are AWFUL, I wont even do sick visits with them anymore. One woman tried to get to start my daughter on antibiotics so her toe wouldn’t get infected. Not that it was and needed them but as a precaution? So many more things I can say UGH. When they come to Parkland where I deliver, I look the other way. However they hired a PA Caroline and she is wonderful. I thought we were going to need to look for a new office and now we don’t. I also have seen the other male doctor (Peterson?) and he is great as well.
