I started going to this salon a few months ago, actually after reading good Unilocal reviews myself! I see Sam and she is great. The second time I went, there was some sort of minor mix up with my service. The manager came over to apologize, which I thought was nice since I wasn’t upset at all. Then when I went to check out she said I would NOT BE CHARGED for the service that day! Incredible. It is rare to find a salon that goes above and beyond like that to make you happy. Thanks ECO.

ECO is just incredible. Top of the line service that will honestly blow you away, for a more than fair price, I have not met a single person here that isn’t wonderful, friendly, and über talented.

I have been going to the ECO salon for a couple of years and love the service as well as the atmosphere. Initially I went there for Melissa’s fantastic facials. Now, having tried haircuts from a few of the stylists over the years, my favorite by far is Shannon. She not only provides an awesome haircut, she makes it feel luxurious at the same time.

This is a great salon with consistent excellent service regardless of the stylist you see. Co-​owners Jen and Faith are themselves fantastic pros, and train and seek out the very best to provide great results. Have personally had experience with both Jen and Faith, plus Chelsea, Shannon, Melanie and Jackie, and excellent results each time.

I live in Newburyport, MA and drive all the way to Londonderry to get my hair done with Chelsea. She does an amazing color and recently chopped off all my locks into a pixie and I’m loving it! I’ve had my hair highlighted, colored, trimmed, and even dramatically altered and I’ve always felt like a million bucks walking out of this salon.

I won’t go anywhere but an Aveda salon and this one is fantastic. The salon is clean, modern and they have a variety of beverages offered to you while you sit in the chair. On my very first visit, I arrived with unflattering brown hair. Chelsea did an amazing job of bringing me back to blonde with beautiful highlights. And I LOVE my angled bob. Very few stylists have been able to cut the back of my hair so it lays properly. I have yet to experience any of their other services (mani/​pedi, waxing, etc.), but this has become my go-​to salon!
