Dunkin’ Donuts

Service is fast in morning in time range of 6 – 6:30. I general go through the drive thru and the people working the speaker and window are always smiling and friendly at all times even when the drive thru is hectic. Bagels are fresh and donuts are just normal dunks donuts. Manager handles issues well when they occur which for me happened only has happened once so far.
They are pretty consistent on making coffees, breakfast sandwiches and colattas the same way every time which is nice.

I stop at this Dunkin Donuts in North Londonderry (standalone store with drive-​thru and a pitched roof) quite often for coffee drinks and sometimes donuts. I usually order hot coffee, iced coffee, or Coolattas depending on the weather outside. The iced coffee here is pretty good and the service here (I usually go inside) is prompt. However, I’ve bought donuts from this location, which are not the freshest «Dunkin donuts» I’ve had and seem to be dried out, the frosting on top is hard and cracks. I will go to the Dunkin Donuts in Manchester on South Willow Street at Weston Rd for good donuts.
The access here is a bit tight with the drive thru lane wrapping around the building and parking lot. This location is very popular in the morning, especially for commuters and sometimes the drive thru can get backed up almost out to the road. Truckers usually park along Route 28 and walk inside the store.

Ugh. stale munchkins when I was having my annual craving. not nice.Toss those suckers instead of selling them… nice staff, tho.
