I don’t understand the negative (and barely literate) negative reviews for Duncan’s European. I have owned a wide variety of foreign cars over the years and appreciate the care and attention and quality workmanship provided by the folks at Duncan’s European. Anyone complaining about price needs to take their vehicle to the MB or BMW dealer for service if you really want a good screwing! Duncan’s rates are less, and the quality of work is consistently excellent. They have worked on my highly prized 1998 BMW M3 convertible nearly 10 years, and I appreciate their attention to detail and comprehensive service.

Truly amazing experience from the moment you drive up and see the building. The building is a welcoming place set off on a side road that looks more like your friend’s personal home than a repair facility. Inside the atmosphere is equally as welcoming in that it is organized, clean, and comfortable. The shop area is one of the nicest garages I have ever seen and is a clear statement that these folks enjoy doing what they do.
Duncan takes great pride in giving you a tour of the facility and telling you about their history. The most important quality is their honesty, if you decide to come here you can be assured that you will not be treated like an idiot or given the run around, like dealerships tend to do. You will feel like you own the place.
Duncan’s European Automotive truly is a gem.
