Motel 6

Walked into an unclean room where the towel rack was coming off the wall, cigarette burn in the sheets, and overall unsatisfactory. There were bugs flying around and stains on most of the things. We did not feel comfortable staying there at all so after an hour we left.

Cheaply priced. No continental breakfast. No shampoo or conditioner. Good for the person looking for a place to sleep and nothing more. There was an odor in our room which we could not identify but speculated it to be water.

Pros: kittens all over the parking lot and grassy areas. decent price. $ 60/​night on a Thursday. Owner seemed nice. Fridge and microwave in room. Nice tv with cable. Bathroom was properly cleaned. carpet seemed pretty clean. So did the sheets, until I found bed bugs.
Cons: bed bugs. We left in the middle of the night and slept in the car. On the plus side, the guy who checked us out was so kind. He refunded my money and seemed sincerely apologetic.
I hear that bed bugs are very hard to get rid of once they infest a place. The motel really seemed ok until I got itchy and realized there were bugs dancing around on the bed. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I do like saving people from sleeping with bed bugs.
