Friendly staff, great delivery time, mediocre pizza. Pizza lacks flavor found at other pizzerias in the area, unfortunately, this includes Dominos. Bravos Pizzeria has way more flavor… I was sad because the ingredients seem fresh, and the sauce compared to topping and dough ratio was perfect. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be eating here again.

You know, this is a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. The owner is obviously trying very hard to get and keep your business. My wife and I had dinner there tonight; we both had the ‘all you can eat’ buffet(a Wednesday night special), which consists of multiple trips to the salad bar, pizza by the slice, bread sticks and soup. Drinks are extra. We both ate for about $ 20 total. The pizza was GREAT; salad bar was rather simple, but it was good enough. Did not have any soup– clam chowder had run out. Great deal on Wednesday nights; give these guys a try.

do not waste your money on the lunch buffet. Pizza was sitting under heat lamps that looked like it had been there all day they didn’t bother to put fresh pizza out when it got down to the last couple slices. The iced tea was nothing but water, and the employees were just standing around watching tv. Horrible experience.

Great pizza. Thick crust, good amount of toppings and it was hot when they delivered. What more could you ask for.

The jalapeño popper pizza and cheese sticks are our favorite! I’m honestly shocked by the mediocre reviews as my family thinks they have the best pizza in lompoc. The toppings and dough are fresh and the service is freindly.

There are really no words to say how good this pizza is here. The Wednesday night buffet is a must and we try to go as often. As possible. This establishment has deep ties to the community and takes great care of the folks at Vandenberg AFB, very thoughtful and caring ownership and great food too, Wild West is the best pizza place in Lompoc!

I love this place. I have to eat gluten free due to celiac disease. The gluten free pizza is awesome! All fresh ingredients, oil and garlic sauce is the wonderful! They use the five stars rewards. Wild West always offer good coupons. Kicked back atmosphere, flat screens to catch some sports, play the claw machine, employees are always nice and helpful, plenty of room for a party! If you eat gluten free and want a normal tasting pizza and your in the are I highly recommend it! They also have vegetarians options!

Pizza was decent. I didn’t get anything crazy, just the veggie one. I took it to go, however, I sat there while I waited. The soda and tea options were running as almost water… there seemed to be gunk in the cup and I was so disgusted I just opted not to fill my drink. The place itself felt a bit dirty and smelly. The wait felt pretty long, even without many people there. It was ok.

Lompocs top restaurants seem to only be so, due to community support of locals; rather than quality of the food. The pizza is edible. It tastes like something i could bake frozen at home. Dough is thick and soggy, barely any sauce, and the cheese is that general low-quality garbage. Really don’t recommend; waste of money and time.

I consider myself a lightweight connisuer of pizza and this place offers something different than your average pizza. The crust is thick but light and flaky. They offer a wide variety of specialty pizzas. My family loved their white sauce chicken and bacon combo. Overall, a good family friendly place. I took one star off because, the place was empty and even so we waited at the register foreeeeverrrrr for a box, while a gentlemen sat at a computer(possibly responding to Unilocal reviews) and ignored us.

The pizza is alright, I picked up my order one day and I’m not sure if it was the owner or the manager completely screaming at the workers, treating them like complete garbage. I felt really bad for the crew. Not professional to do in front of customers. Wow, instead of the person representing this establishment apologizing for what I saw, calls me a liar and said I have never been there! Maybe you should learn from your mistakes, instead of blaming others. Boom.

Great place! Jalapeño popper pizza is great which is what they are famous for. But still enjoy any style traditional pizza from here more.

Our favorite lunch buffet — includes your choice of three soups, salad bar, pizza and a drink. Soups have all been delicious and the salad bar is well appointed and always fresh. Pizza is kept hot on the buffet, a big plus!

So the last two times I’ve ordered(only for delivery, never been inside) I really love the quality of the toppings and I love LOVE the crust; but it seems like the pizzas are typically under cooked. And I don’t know if it’s just how they roll, but jeez there was so much cheese on the pizzas. You would think I ordered extra. I think therein lies some of the cooking issues. All the employees are very friendly!

Great family environment! We love the buffet special on Wednesday nights! Would defiantly recommend to anyone! Variety pizza was excellent and they even took requests during buffet time!

Wild West Pizza is ridiculously good! And I love their customer service. We ordered delivery awhile back and it took FOREVER. When our food came, though, we were treated to a free pizza for our next order. Nice! All was forgiven. But back to the pizza. The ingredients are fresh and amazing! Even the crust is good, and I normally don’t eat pizza crusts. I’m pretty surprised a pizza place of this caliber is in Lompoc, but I am grateful that it is!

Best place in town for a variety of pizzas out of this world. The owner, David, is always pushing the envelope on creating new and out of this world pizzas. I love the fleshly done salad bar, jalapeño popper pizza and the Brooklyn cowboy with its fresh ingredients, and now David is adding soup and a dessert cookie to the menu. The soups are very good and the cookie is fantastic. I love this place and I cannot wait to see he will come up with next.

I had I high hopes. The reviews are good and the ambiance seemed like an interesting mix. Spaghetti western anybody? The pizza was a little greasy, there was a good topping portion, and the cheese looked very promising. It appears to have some oregano mixed in which always livens up a pizza/marinara. Notes of garlic came through but nothing really special, and not on every slice. It was a good pizza but it seemed like everything was in place for it to be great. None of the expected flavors popped. No spice, no herb qualities, just the taste of mozzarella and tomato sauce. Not bad but I can get that for a lot less money, I’ve apparently become a pizza snob. Crank those herb and garlic flavors up and I think you have a winner. I want to love it, but can’t in its current state.

My husband and I have been there twice and it was consistently good both times. We’ve gotten the breadsticks, Shanghai pizza, and Buffalo Bill pizza. It is a bit greasy to be honest, but it’s my preferred pizza place for Lompoc.

I wish I could share the other reviewers enthusiasm for this less that mediocre«pizza» restaurant. Sadly, I cannot. Pro’s — The restroom was very clean. The salad bar was sparse, but decent enough. Con’s — The pizza just isn’t good. Lackluster service. Overall experience. My wife and I both ordered a personal size pizza. Mine was pepperoni, anchovies, and jalapeño. The toppings were spectacularly average. But the big loser here is the pizza crust. Both pizza crusts were doughy and soggy. And pizza with a bad crust is just bad pizza. Everything else about this restaurant just falls short to me. It’s probably just fine for your kids end of soccer season pizza party. But Mi Amore is the reigning champion in that arena. If all you’re looking for is a comfortable, quality pizza restaurant with good service, and passable pizza, this place STILL falls short. To top it all off, they have«COPS» playing on the TV. It doesn’t help the ambiance of this already«ambiance challenged» restaurant to have drug addicted, stoned out, couples hitting each other with bats, spitting at each other, and getting arrested on the TV. Actually, I don’t believe in families watching TV during meals in general. But I’m admittedly a little old fashioned on that subject. In summary, my wife and I just had a very poor overall dining experience here.
