This was an awesome little ok maybe not so little parade for a small town! It was 2 hours of flower floats, bands, horses, clowns, cars, dancers, something everyone could enjoy. It would be amazing to see more flower floats most entrants had flowers incorporated in their entries. Some were amazing we learned at one time when Lompoc truly was a FLOWERVALLEY this WAS A MINI Rose Parade type festivity with the entries being primarily flower floats. It would be awesome to see that return! That aside it was a lot of fun to see all the entries etc The only downside of course I have to have 1 negative is the lack of respect for the American Flag As the Military carried it by very few stood out of respect. No matter ones culture or beliefs you should stand out of respect. Whether in America, or whatever Country honor the tradition of the Culture.
