I return every year with a stone to put in a bracelet charm for my granddaughter’s birthday! And, they fit my watch with a new battery for free when I was in a hurry to get back to work, and paid up when I came back in for other business! Nice to be known!

Needed to find a place to have my husbands wedding ring cut off while on vacation and stopped by Lompoc Jewelers. The jeweler came out from the back and within two minutes had it off to my husbands finger!(40 years of marriage and never had it off but it was on a smaller finger back then!)
We went to pay him but he would not accept any money. He said when the swelling went down come back and have it refitted. We explained we were on vacation and he said no problem, it was his pleasure to help out.
So far our visit to Lompoc has been nothing but meeting warm, friendly, kind people.

Lompoc Jewelers was able to re-​size my engagement ring on site within hours, and on Christmas Eve! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be returning here for any other services that I may need.
