Before you use this company read the reviews from the other locations in Santa Barbara County. This is all one company. This company was used by Sears to install new appliances in our home. Even though installation was included they charged me another $ 150.00 saying it took longer than it should have. In addition they recommended $ 700 of work to change pipes and valves in the kitchen. I had another plumber come to give a second opinion. He did not feel that work was necessary and was essentially a scam since what they had proposed doing would not have made sense.
I spoke with others in the area who had similar experiences with Jerry’s. If you buy an appliance and the company uses Jerry’s plumbing I strongly recommend trying to see if they will use someone else– or just hire your own trusted plumber to do it. I will never have them install anything I purchased again.
