Fantastic stop for bikers riding the California coast. Owner is nicest guy ever. He let us use some of his tools for free, and added on some bolts and screws we needed to our order for free. Seems very knowledgable about the in and out of biking this area. Knows a thing or two about bikes themselves also!

The first time I came in to Bicycles Unlimited, I had a problem with my seat. I had tried to fix it myself, but simply didn’t have the tools to tighten it properly. I wheeled it in to see if they could help and Steve kindly tightened it up for me without even charging. I left very happy.
A few weeks later, I got a flat. Naturally, I returned to BU because I was very happy with their previous service. Steve was aimiable as always, and replaced my inner tube in less than 10 minutes for less than $ 15.
I highly recommend BU for sales or service. I won’t go anywhere else for repairs! Steve and the kind gentleman that helped me load the bike back into the Blazer made my day. Thanks guys!

Steve is awesome for supporting the Village Dirtbags event where they give away 120+ bikes to Vandenberg AFB families.
In addition, Steve carries Trek mountain bikes. I had the pleasure of chatting with Steve and he is very friendly and approachable.

We went to a bike shop in Santa Maria and purchased a mountain bike… only to find the same bike for 100 bucks cheaper at Bicycles Unlimited! So our next purchase, which was a Trek Xcaliber, was made in Lompoc. Their prices are below MSRP and their inventory is great! Great service and service on your bike is free for a year! Will never go anywhere else for a bike or service!
