Very pleasant experience. I understand the need to make a dolla out of fih-​teen cents, but sometimes I think its tacky to offer legal advice (which may or may not work) over the phone and charge for it. While many other legal advisers that I called required an appointment or were not available (Larry H Parker wouldnt help me out! … but seriously. I called. They turned me away), I was able to get a person immediately when I called this office.
He was personable, listened well, was able to advise me (apparently tenant laws are not a specialization of many law offices), and did not charge me a fee.
I may not have been a paying customer, but I was treated like I was. If I ever need an actual legal service (correspondence, forms, etc.) or representation, this will be the first office I call.
