This has got to be the worst and unmanaged jack in the box in the world. I never write reviews but this is the third time I have been screwed over by this place. The first time I pulled in and the guy working the window said were not open, and I said your drive thru is on with a 24 hour sign in the window, and He rudely looks at us and says I will not serve you from the table in the dining room with a girl who didnt work there. What is that about? The 2nd time, they completely screwed my order up and didnt include tacos or fries. and the last time I went we ordered 4 chicken sandwhiches with cheese and some orders of fries, and they forgot the cheese on all, and forgot to gice us 2 of the chicken sandwhiches and the fries. And we went back and they didnt want to give us our food but then did, and still screwed up on putting cheese on our sandwhiches. I hate this place.

Where to start my tacos were made wrong I my main order ultimate cheeseburger was missing in my bag then they try calling me a liar heck no I would not come back from Wilmington for a order of dollar tacos I come back they finally give me my order and my tacos are still wrong wow they just don’t listen

This particular location is the worst i have ever been too! Way beyond the time to explain. I tried to eat here 3 separate times last one will be its last. I waited at the box for 15 minutes to be ignored by a rude cashier. Every combo i placed was followed by your total at the window. I had to say multiple times I’m ordering for a family of 7! I had to repeat my order at least 5 times because she sent the order to cash out she was poorly trying to remember it. The cashier same one at window was very rude ! Snatched the money from me every time she handed me a bag said HERE! then said wait out front. I asked for the rest of my order she said that’s why I SAIDWAITOUTFRONT ! I’m sorry but excuse me? YOUSAID ?ß? Huh then after she basically threw my bags at me and if i wasnt so tired from work i wouldvd been at harbor station. I leave they forgot 2 drinks. We go back now fries are cold and I’m missing 2 orders. Manager would not listen to my complaint i was very polite. And asked her not to walk away from me. . Ignored she shoved 2 orders of fries at me walked away ! I asked then for my drinks she gave me only one. Then said i made you happy now bye ! I replied YOUMADENOONEHAPPY you didn’t give me still the fries I’m missing so SHESTOPPEDMAKINGMYFRIESANDSAIDIFYOU’REGOINGTOCOMPLAINTHENYOU’LLDOITANYWAYYOUDON’T GETNOMOREFOODFROMME ! i Said excuse me i paid for the food i asked fid corporation number SHEREFUSED ! KEPTPOINTINGATTHESTORENUMBERANDSTARTINGYELLINGFORMETOLEAVE ! I then noticed no one was wearing a hair net ! My friend snapped pIc of no hair net and we left. Very politely. Get home eat cold burger and… saw a hair on it… Perfect ending ill never eat there again! Oh the night manager very short with black curly hair was the worst person in Management i have ever encountered. It was 10pm on a Saturday i think. Very disgusting demenor toward a customer i just wanted my correct order nothing more.

Rude at the speaker, rude at the window, carrying on a conversation with coworkers while at the window without even acknowledging me. This seems to be a trend with JIB. There are far too many options to tolerate this lack of customer service. While JIB offers good products that I enjoy, they don’t have anything worth dealing with such poor customer service.

***** Pit stop review(Harbor City) ***** I made a pit stop for breakfast in an industrial part of Long Beach(or Harbor City). I had the regular #25 Combo(croissant sausage sandwich). Waiting for the restroom and doing the«dance» outside the door. What the heck? I think some dude is taking a shower in the sink. All I can hear is water running and the paper towel dispenser :-( It’s taking forever!!! Food = as expected Seating area = clean Service = average Restroom = unknown

Honestly… the service was good they were quick, polite and got my order right. In all fairness I did dine-in. my curly fries were hot… my drink is not all ice and what I ordered… for all this 4 stars. What I DONOT endorse is the Buttery Jack! For what I spend at carls for a burger i was sad about the size. Its small! The meat was more tender than their normal burgers… however it vaguely has the texture of turkey burgers. Just has the wrong feel for beef… in my opinion. The bun was soft and tasty probably the best part of this burger. The sauce is the only real flavor profile I could taste. Its the same crappy bacon as everything else. Over all Sorry Jack this is not a hit with me… totally happy I tried it but don’t believe the hype. I’ve had«high end» restaurant burgers. No where on par.

Complaint… how hard is it to get cheese on your burger? It says i ordered it on the reciept. Gas is an issue thats why i didnt bring it back. Ordered in the drive thru, saturday, technically sunday morning dec 7th around 230am. Get people that are capable of completing an order please.

I really tried giving this restaurant a chance to get things right but enough is enough. The last 5 times that I have been here, they have either forgotten part of the order or made it wrong. All drive– thrus get orders wrong at sometime but 5 times in a row, that’s ridiculous. Never again.

The manager is trying to make his numbers look better by having cars park in front of the store. This way their timer shows they are working faster than they really are. Avoid this place go to el b j or Carla jr next store

I can’t believe I’m actually reviewing a fast food chain restaurant but decided that even though I’m not a frequenter, sometimes, it’s a must. Anyway, I did observe of the main fast food restaurants, maybe it’s my imagination, but the food seems fresher from JITB. Also, I recently tried a healthier alternative to their burgers, the fajita pita with multigrain tortilla, and it was actually pretty good. I also enjoy the onion rings and the supervalue menu when I’m in a hurry. So in a nutshell, I like the fact that they’re open all the time no long lines(like In n out which I do prefer) and they seem to have something for everyone.
