I am giving 2 stars because they accommodated me quickly and fixed my chipped nails very fast. But it is a dingy little place that does feel very dirty and like it hasn’t seen an update in equipment in YEARS. With Z nail spa almost next door offering just as good service in a way better environment I don’t know how much longer this place can last.

This place is filthy, the sinks look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, dirt and grime everywhere. My no chip manicure wouldn’t dry even after 10 minutes or more under the lamps. The owners are really nice but just have no clue about how to run a nail salon.
8 days later my «no chip» manicure is falling off. I really have to question how this business is allowed to stay open.

If it’s possible I would give them no stars. With in to get a pedicure because I saw the sign that they had advertised for $ 20. Place was empty so I should have took that as a sign. It was dirty and dusty. The lady was nice but the end result was not. They did not use a scraper on my feet and when I left I still had a lot of dead skin on my feet, which was the purpose of me getting a pedicure. It was a waste of money. DO NOT GO

This is the worse nail salon ever! The sign says *Gel Nails* but what you’re actually getting is clear acrylic @ the price of gel. Big rip-​off! not one person speaks fluent english which makes it hard to communicate with them. They also have another shop in The Eastgate shopping area in the same mall as the DMV (Hans Nails). Same owners… same lousy service. I went to this shop for over 4 years until these people took over and basically killed the clientele! Pedicures are awful. Do yourself a favor… Don’t waste your time going in this place!!!
