Highly recommend the repair services and think it’s the best value in Chicagoland. Always have the best prices, highest quality, and fastest turnaround times. I’ve had many repairs (like pickup replacements) done for $ 20-$ 30 where others quoted $ 100+.
Also strongly recommended for basic setup and maintenance — I’ve had Gibsons, Fenders, and Rickenbackers all setup or adjusted by Steve and they’ve never played better.

If you need a treasured instrument repaired — this is the place. If you’re looking for music lessons for an «unmotivated» student — they’ll thrive here and become motivated to practice and more. Really!

I took guitar lessons here for 2 years– the teachers were very experienced professionals. One of them even is touring in his band right now. The owner is awesome and very helpful. He does great repairs on instruments. I also love this place because during my guitar lessons here, I started dating the guy who worked behind the counter (also a very knowledgeable guitarist in a band). That was 7 years ago… we are engaged to be married. :-) Love this place! Great, chill atmosphere too– people come in and jam all the time.
