Went with my mother to get food at this location and it says its a 24 hour drive thru but when we pulled up we noticed it was closed but there was a worker in the store, we drove up to the window after seeing her and asked if they were closed and she said yes due to it being«understaffed» well maybe its time to hire some new people! You guys are loosing out on money! What a terrible experience. And the lady working was extremely rude. When she said they were closed she asked us what we needed, we obviously wanted food since its a fast food place and we told her what we wanted and she literally said«no’ and closed the window on us. False advertisement. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I see some other folks here have had trouble at this location, but I’ve found it to be one of the better ones in the area. Decently quick service, attentive staff, and they’ve yet to mess up one of my orders.

Here we go again there’s always a problem at this location. Today the checkout girl told me that my credit card wasn’t good because her reader couldn’t read the card. Told her not my problem i was here yesterday with no issues. So she gets her supvr puts card through no problem! I asked them why does this McDonalds always have a problem? No answer, got my order and got the hell out of there.

Just like any other McDonalds, this one is as speedy as a racetrack. Go franchise and you will get fast service! All hail to those«Golden Arches»! And I am really«Lovin’ It»

Went there the other night and was told they were only serving apple pies and water. Close down the shop then! Those people are getting paid to literally do nothing.

The girl at the register was very rude. Her name was Heather. She got mad just because I tried switching my order. & then she was talking bad about me with her coworker right in front of my face. & to top it all of she wanted to charge me extra for my nuts, rudeeeeeee.

At least for me the service was extremely fast during a busy rush of customers. Food was nice and hot and compared to other mcdonalds tje interior is inviting.

It’s McDonalds… This one has a nice fireplace(which I have yet to see working) with more sofa-like seating around it.

I have gone to this McDonalds for 10 years with a coffee group which meets three times a week. This is a training McD as it is owned by McD Corps. Sometimes they are excellent and somethings not so good. They are consistently the lowest priced MdD in the area. They severe efficiently a large volume of people in the morning most of the time. I have used the drive-through once in a while. and they are quick. I like this McD. They know their regulars by face. I know some of the managers by name.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in the area. The Management… Pathetic. The Staff… Lazy.(this more pertains to the late night staff.) The Service… Poor. The Wait… an Eternity. You couldn’t get good service out of this place if you were Jesus Christ himself coming down from heavens for a BigMac. I’ve had quite a few«less than happy» visits with this place, but allow me to pull a recent mishap out of the hat. A few weeks ago, I’m coming through the drive-thru…it’s approximately 1:30AM, all I order is a plain McChicken and a large Coke. Simple order right? Anyways… I pay at the first window(cash only because for some reason, their credit machines are always down at night) then I proceed to pull up to the second window. They give me my Coke right away, but tell me why they had me wait 8MINUTES in the window before they gave me my order. For what??? There were no other customers inside or out! 8 Minutes for a McChicken and a Coke… but wait… I drive all the way home, just to unwrap my sandwich and what do I find… I Double ‘fuckin’ Cheese Burger. So not only did I wait 8 minutes for my order, but I waited 8 minutes for them to get my order wrong on top of it!!! Seriously? Does McChicken and Double Cheeseburger look that similar on their screen? Looks like I’m just going to have to spend more money at Burger King because this Micky D’s is a train wreck.

Terrible customer service. They would not honor a living social coupon when they have signs up in their drive thru that says please tell us if you are using a living social. I told the manager about this and he was NO help what so ever. Good customer service is no where to be found at this place.

McDonald’s in Lombard has the best breakfast choices for a balanced meal to start a busy day, out and about Lilac Town. I can even catch up with CNN News at McDonald’s before I start running and walking around the Village of Lombard, out in the wild, wild western suburbs of DuPage County, Illinois USA. Many Lombard resident homeowners start off at McDonald’s for the day. Seniors gather around the flat. screen TV with a Senior Coffee from McCafé. Even Ken, the manager sits around the McDonald’s Lobby during his daily breaks. McDonald’s drive-thru service is getting fast food with balanced nutrition out to Lombard commuters as good as it gets in Lilac Town.

Ah, McDonald’s. To think that coming here was a reward when I was a child. This was the restaurant I gave up for six years after reading«Fast Food Nation.» Since blowing that streak, I’ve occasionally come here for breakfast, since their sausage McMuffins are a buck and their frappé is pretty good and cheaper than Starbucks. The fresh-blueberry yogurt is surprisingly pleasant too. Located on ever-busy Roosevelt Road in Lombard, the food here tastes like McDonald’s, which is to say, pretty good if you don’t think about what you’re doing to your body. But my review exists because I love the inside of this store. Maybe all Mickey-D’s are like this now, but there’s something about the vibe of the eating area of this place that’s actually friendly, cozy and inviting. If the double drive-thru is wrapped around the store but the parking lot isn’t very full, I’ll hop inside and see a representation of America sitting here. A parent with a child or two drinking that«orange» stuff of our youth. Young folk reading newspapers and texting with a burger at their side. And older folk drinking coffee and chatting away. There’s something romantic about places that house the town elders and their daily cup of nostalgia. The McDonald’s in Batavia was the town’s hub when I worked there as a journalist, and when I needed information about some past historical event, my research started with a visit to McD’s in the morning to find the table of old guys drinking coffee. One other time, the mayor sat himself across from me and asked if I was dating the manager’s younger sister. Would such a conversation happen anywhere else? Ah, the memories.(For the record, he was right, though only for another month or so.) Haven’t yet seen Lombard’s mayor here, but if I do: yes, Mayor, I’m currently dating my wife. No one comes to McDonald’s for high-quality food. No location can work magic with the low-grade material they get from corporate. But it’s familiar food, and sometimes that’s what you want to get through your day. And this location is a place where you can comfortably observe the human suburban condition, and for this, I’ll clap my greasy and salty hands in appreciation.

This Mcdonald’s really has gotton on my last nerve. Almost every time I have gone to this McDonald’s, I have had some problem with an order, to the point whereas I’ve had to return food(and have a subsequent attitude). On today, I ordered 2 McChickens, a 20 piece nugget and some sodas. Simple order, right? I get all the way home and guess what? YOUGUESSEDIT… THEORDERWASWRONG! So…after going back to the restaurant and demanding a refund, ANOTHER young lady walks up and complains that HER order was wrong. I think I’m done with this McDonald’s. You’ve been warned.

The service crew has gotten better, but for some reason the food continues to disappoint. I mean, come on, how do you ruin your signature angus burger. Dry and cold. And the new chicken mcbites were we’re overcooked in old oil. How is it possible that the same food is way better in a resteruant a few miles away. Fail

Another poor experience ! Why do I continue to think that McDonalds can overcome their poor help problem ! Always in such a hurry to take care of the drive thru ! I was at this store at 2:15 in the afternoon on March 22nd, not at any crunch time. The gal at the counter was more interested in getting off for the day, the other gal was more interested in the drive thru ! I like the food but the help and the general attitude sucks ! My wife and I ordered food at the counter, I ordered a salad and asked for the crispy chicken, she was more interested in laughing and conversing with the two gals that were there to pick her up(they were standing at the counter, funny management did not see this, but they were busy with the drive thru) that she made me repeat what kind of chicken, I told her that I already told her but she was busy conversing, she did apologize but her friends were giggling and she also had a hard time. She was in such a hurry to leave that she did not ask if we were dining in ! So off she went leaving the manager to put our food out, she basically called it out and set it on the counter. My wife went over to see if it was ours while the manager was putting other orders out. Remember we were dining in, we did not get our drinks so we had to get her attention to get the drinks. I guess I am from outer space thinking that we will ever get good treatment from this store. At least both of these gals spoke clear english, as we left I noticed a computer to apply for employment, it had the ability to converse in english and spanish, WOW imagine that you do not have to speak english to be employed at McDonalds ! No wonder the world we live in suffers so ! I hope that someone at McDonalds reads this and make changes, otherwise it is just going to get worse and worse !
