King’s Hall Banquets

My experience with King’s Hall was bad. The woman who runs the office is, to be blunt, a snobby and unprofessional woman whose name is Paulina. From the moment I started looking for a banquet hall, I called and emailed King’s Hall for information. It took the woman several days… almost a week… to respond. Right then, I wondered if she would be difficult to work with throughout the process. I found her response time was almost always several days to a week… which is unacceptable.
When I finally got a response, she said she will customize something for me and emailed me an offer. The offer wasn’t bad but it was supposedly customizable… which to me means that it could be changed based on my needs.
I finally decided to go sign a contract as long as we could customize some details and as a result, bring the price down a bit. I went in and met with a new woman (who was actually helpful and nice… unlike the other unprofessional one). This new lady admittedly was new and was a bit unsure of herself. We went through pricing options with the custom plan I wanted. The new lady offered me a price which I was very happy with. The other snobby woman called in the middle of the transaction and told her new employee that she wouldn’t honor the price we had just been quoted. This is despicable in two ways. 1) what a horrible «boss» she is to undercut her new employee’s decisions and then to also put her in the position of having to tell us that the pricing we had just discussed was not going to happen. 2) if we are quoted a price by an employee of King’s Hall, it should be honored… plain and simple. If Paulina didn’t train her new employee how to quote out events, that’s her fault and problem. Here’s an idea! Either show some flexibility or make sure your employees are trained properly.
I think the new lady (I can’t remember her name) was fabulous and this entire unfortunate event was not her fault. It was entirely Paulina’s fault and if she continues to be so rude and inflexible, I’ll be surprised to see this banquet hall in a year.

What a classy and fun venue. We came to the King’s Hall to host a homecoming for 200 people. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and flexible. The building was clean and the décor was beautiful. Presentation was top notch. All the desserts were homemade and delicious. Can’t wait to return for another occasion.

Kings Hall Banquets is amazing! Had my sons wedding there last week and the food was great! Service was the best! The staff and chef were helpful, polite, and went above and beyond! Price was amazing! Thank you Kings Hall!
